Sources & factual accuracy
APF draws on named sources such as the RBA, ABS, APRA, SQM Research and reputable Australian property reporting. Figures must identify their source and reporting period. Advertised rents are not treated as all existing rents, auction forecasts are not reported as completed results, and analysis is distinguished from established fact.
Each Intelligence report focuses on a single story. Unsupported figures, invented quotations and incomplete writer notes do not belong in published content. Reports that cannot pass factual and quality checks are held rather than presented as verified reporting.
AI assistance & transparency
APF uses AI-assisted research and writing with editorial oversight and factual verification. AI assistance is disclosed; it does not replace source evidence. Takeaways and FAQs must be grounded in the report, not introduce new claims. Generated illustrative imagery is not evidence of an actual property, person or event.
Market commentary is general analysis, not a promise of future returns. APF does not publish guaranteed-return claims or growth predictions for individual addresses or suburbs.
Editorial independence
Advertisers, affiliate partners, banks, real estate businesses and developers do not determine APF's editorial conclusions. Paid placements and affiliate links are distinguished from editorial content. Referral commissions help fund the site but do not buy favourable coverage.
Corrections
To request a correction, send the page URL, the disputed claim and supporting source evidence through our contact page. Identified factual errors are corrected promptly; material corrections are noted in the report and its visible update date is revised where appropriate.
