Shadow, stick to posting the MB bashing threads yourself.

Sinister, yes but at least its more honest than this.
She seems to have an enormous amount of time on her hands to create so many fake accounts in multiple places and then write utter drivel. Is this what happens when one becomes a successful property investor? They spend all day on the internet searching for enemies?

GIVE US A PRESENT THIS CHRISTMAS

Ask not what you are getting for Xmas. Ask what you can give to some bloggers.

For three years Macrobusiness has posted blogs. If you think we've made no difference you're not paying attention:

- We've blog-flamed yesteryear's housing spruikers to a standstill!

- We've injected clarity into the Australian housing market and brought fresh news of The Bubble!

- We've out-performed most economic forecasters!

For all of these reasons, Macrobusiness has grown to 160,000 readers per month. That's a bloody lot but it's not enough to pay our wages on advertising alone.

Give us your support this Christmas with a $99 Macrobusiness membership and you will also get access to our monthly special reports!

Next year we're planning a big price rise so sign up immediately, patriot!

Non-patriots can go here: http://treason.net

Ooohhh
You all suck.....you post with such a mix of sarcasm, seriousness , I can only laugh @ you.

Not interested...

Stick It where it fits, why should 1 pay, when an individual should use their neurons to collate & sift through tons of info on the Internet.
The Internet has its uses but it's getting out there in that big world to understand successful investing..

You must be very proud of that achievement.

The 'spruikers' were right - house prices are up.

Wrong about house prices, wrong about iron ore, wrong about China, wrong about unemployment, wrong about the stock market, wrong about the economy in general.

I struggle to think of anything you got right?

I remember how you and your members laughed at Stephen Koukoulas at the beginning of the year when he predicted 10% house price growth for 2013.

So far, prices are up 9% over the year to date. Not so funny now?

Property Observer seem to manage fine on ad revenue alone. What have you guys been squandering your revenue on? Or is it just that your mortgages are too big?
You've got your own personal grievances with MB..

Don't air your dirty laundry.

Go get counselling

Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$
It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? Understand the power of the two "P"" or be financially challenged
Even better when there is family who are property mad and one is born in some entitlements.....Understand that beautiful women are the exhibitionists we crave attention, whilst hot blooded men are the voyeurs ... A stunning woman can command and takes pleasure in being noticed. Seems not too many understand what it means to hold and own props and get threatened by those who do.
Banks are considered to be law abiding and & rather boring places yeah not true . A bank balance sheet will show capital is dwarfed by their liabilities this means when a portions of loans is falling its problems for the bank.

Not sure what you mean... this doesn't seem to be an MB bashing thread.

The OP just seems to be repeating the same message that pops up on MB itself. I don't see any 'bashing'.

Perhaps you're just paranoid?

Anyway, you have already donated to them, so I assume you're not one of the traitors they refer to in the OP.

1. Epic Fail! Steve Keen's Bad Calls and Predictions.
2. Residential property loans regulated by NCCP Act. Banks can't margin call unless borrower defaults.
3. Housing is second highest taxed sector of Australian Economy. Renters subsidised by highly taxed homeowners.
4. Ongoing improvement in housing affordability. Australian household formation faster than population growth since 1960s.

2013 is the year of the exposing of the bear, as a bunch of gutless chardonnay socialists, for the most part. I'm not that pissed off about it not crashing, I never really expected it to either way, I'm still just pissed off at bears(most of them).

It's still a bubble though, and if and when it crashes, not only will house prices crash, but these same coward chardonnay socialists will be the ones suffering the most in the employment market. :D

Two evils will be annihilated, and hopefully Abbott can do some serious damage to them in the mean time.

Frank Castle is a liar and a criminal. He will often deliberately take people out of context and use straw man arguments.
Frank finally and unintentionally gives it up and admits he got where he is, primarily via dumb luck!

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge. You agree you won't use this forum to post material that is illegal, private, defamatory, pornographic, excessively abusive or profane, threatening, or invasive of another forum member's privacy. Accusations, attacks, abuse or threats, litigious or otherwise, directed against the forum or forum administrators aren't tolerated and will result in immediate suspension of your account for a number of days depending on the severity of the attack. No spamming or advertising in the main forum. Spamming includes repeating the same message over and over again within a short period of time. Don't post ALL CAPS thread titles. The Advertising and Promotion Subforum may be used to promote your Australian property related business or service. Active members of the forum who contribute regularly to main forum discussions may also include a link to their product or service in their signature block. Members are limited to one actively posting account each. A secondary account may be used solely for the purpose of maintaining a blog as long as that account no longer posts in threads.
