This is just more of you trying to make yourself feel welcome. I can guarentee if your children grow up to love this country they will not be pro-high immigration and multiculturalism like you are.
I am welcome and feel welcome everyday. No one ever tells me to go home to my face and everyone is very friendly and accepting. During sporting conversations I get some niggle but all in good fun. The only people I've ever heard any negative sentiment from are you and moops and I don't really know you 2 so to me that doesn't count. I don't believe there is any way that I could feel more welcome here.
I have citizenship here and the other place. I am proud of both. I vote in both places. I travel back to the other place regularly. It's a great place but my home is here now. I have a family here, a house here and a business here. Why shouldn't I have dual citizenship? You haven't explained what is bad about it just some hand waving that only 1 should be allowed.
I don't know what my children will believe when they grow up and I don't see how you would have any clue either. To presume to know what they will believe is foolish.

I never said anything about how welcome a migrant is. It is you that jumped up and down about it - always trying to justify your presence here, up to and including wanting to flood the country with more immigrants just to make yourself feel more welcome. And of course your a dual F citizen and see no problem with it. Well I see it as an insult to Australian citizenship that you can claim all the same rights and privileges as me as an Australian (as an hyphenated Australian) and also share in the fruits of my forebears work but you obviously have divided loyalties and can just get on a plane and piss off if it all goes to hell here and don't care about flooding the country with foreigners or advocating the nation destroying philosophy of multiculturalism as long as you can get something out of it. Just your own personal looting expedition.
Ya welcome for mine Barns. 'N re the second passport thing, while I envy ya a bit I guess, I surely don't begrudge it to ya - Lucky You I reckon!
I find BeN's stuff both useful and informative. Before beginning talking it all through with him, I was rather indifferent to immigration - High immigration; Low immigration - Whatever; I really don't give a rat's - But BeN's contributions have strongly inclined me to think that high immigration from strongly family orientated groups of people really should on balance be a very great positive. ('Cept from one fundamentalist religious group I've mentioned a concern about in the past.)
'N while I'm sure that wasn't BeN's intention, it surely has been his effect - For me anyway. (Funny ole world hey? )

What a load of BS. You've always been a pro high immigration anglo hating turd determined to deny future generations of Australians the same opportunities that you received.

Could see potential advantages to immigration. While also having a fondness for 'The Good Ole Days'.
Couple of comments of mine in the past would have gone along the following lines:
* I'm not against immigration * I think I preferred the 70s/80s when I could go to the beach 'n be the only dude there.
Plus the recent announcements did concern me. Caused me ta ask if we just mightn't be losing the plot? (Because as I've also commented here in the past, Ken Henry reckoned pretty recently that Oz's 'carrying capacity' is only 15m ? - 'N I DIDN'T reckon he was talkin' about wombats! ... )
But nope, you HAVE pretty much convinced me BeN ... 'N more effectively 'n convincingly than any of the bulls ever could have I reckon - Just by being yourself.
