Oh right, so your argument is that if you don't specifically include their surname, then you're not attacking them using their 'full' name, so it's OK?

How about your attack on Elizabeth Farrelly using her FULL name then?

http://australianpropertyforum.com/single/?p=8407443&t=9906018

'Elizabeth Farrelly makes my blood boil, despite her appreciation for good architecture. She is the epitome of a smug, chardonnay socialist'

You are a massive hypocrite...
You want to compare my opinion of Elizabeth to your sustained vendetta? Amusing.

I know Elizabeth. She has a great sense of humour.

C'mon Shad, keep going through my posts...

I would love to see what Moops looks like and behaves like in the flesh!
I'd like to know if you and Dr Watson are real doctors?

I wouldn't go. My political beliefs basically make me a terrorist according to the right and left.

Because they're both a bunch of wimps addicted to government intervention. Commies.

Yeah I don't know why Shadow has such a hard on for MB, their political policies help the bubble. Intentional or not, and clearly they have had no influence on the market.

Frank Castle is a liar and a criminal. He will often deliberately take people out of context and use straw man arguments.
Frank finally and unintentionally gives it up and admits he got where he is, primarily via dumb luck!

It's not your political beliefs that are the problem. It's your lack of money.

Oh, so it's a matter of degree now?

First you claim never to have attacked anyone by name. I prove you have attacked people by name and you say that was OK because you didn't use their 'full' name. Then I prove you have attacked someone using their full name and you say that's OK too because the degree of your attack was less than mine?

Massive massive hypocrite...
1. Epic Fail! Steve Keen's Bad Calls and Predictions.
2. Residential property loans regulated by NCCP Act. Banks can't margin call unless borrower defaults.
3. Housing is second highest taxed sector of Australian Economy. Renters subsidised by highly taxed homeowners.
4. Ongoing improvement in housing affordability. Australian household formation faster than population growth since 1960s.

This is starting to sound a bit like an argument between a husband and wife.

You obviously have little conviction in your position and a lot of skeletons if you require anonymity.
Yet another example of hypocrisy in an attack on anonymity from an anonymous poster who dishes out personal abuse on a regular basis.

Very similar to when the anonymous "The Ponz" attacked my anonymity whilst simultaneously comparing Nicole Lindsay (a journalist) to Al Capone and labelling her a "criminal" and a "clown".

This forum is full of personal attacks on identified people like Michael Yardney and Doc Wilson by anonymous property bears.

I have a history of being right, of telling the truth, and exposing lying and wrong internet housing bears like Steve Keen, Neil Jenman, Leith van Onselen, Chris Becker, Deluded Economist, Foundation aka Dan Glibitz, raveswei, Bullion Baron etc. None of what I write is contradicted in any way by my anonymity. As I have written before, anonymity has absolutely no bearing on the truth or falsity of statements posted on this forum. Shakespeare's plays would remain as they are regardless of who wrote them.

I was threatened with physical violence on GHPC by posters including "Tinpusher" (now BernardMadoff on simplesustainable) a self confessed military hardman with claimed connections. Bullion Baron has conducted extensive research (posted on his blog) to find my identity and used Bubblepedia to request the illegal aid of Telstra employees in his illegal quest. Why? There are lots of nasty people out there. It seems their nastiness grows with exposure of being wrong.

I could use my real name but it would mean nothing to you. I have no public fame. It would however be useful to the sick fucks like Tinpusher and Bullion Baron who would then get my address and telephone number and perhaps give my family problems.

Dr Kinetoscope - you are a hypocrite as show by the following definition:

Hypocrite
"A self-absorbed, arrogant prick who constantly pisses and moans about other people doing something wrong, yet engages in such behaviour anyway. Probably someone who has a really ugly girlfriend named Pinky."

Housing costs to Income broadly unchanged since 1994 - re-ratified here
The People of Australia have the highest median wealth in the World
2002-2012 10 year house price growth the SLOWEST since 1952-1962
"There are two kinds of people in this world: ones that fiddle around wondering whether a thing's right or wrong and guys like us." (Hugo to Gagin in Ride the Pink Horse)

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis.
