Or maybe he/she/it just enjoys watching the silly bears fuming with frustration and impotent rage.
Actually, I just popped out for a run down to the beach and a swim.
Now, Veritas... what do you think about Becker's comments, where he basically says your favourite site, Macrobusiness, is an astroturfer infested troll pit?
He/She told me he/she was an Irishman, a fairly recent immigrant.
Anyway even though I find MB interesting, it has been a massive, massive fail house price wise. They've got a new pop up ad asking for money, with a photo of JFK in it, saying how they've arrested the MSM spruikers or some shit. What a laugh. Er, property is going gangbusters.
And I won't pay any money for media that isn't strictly anti mass immigration. Which means I don't pay nothin for nobody.
stinkbug omosessuale Frank Castle is a liar and a criminal. He will often deliberately take people out of context and use straw man arguments. Frank finally and unintentionally gives it up and admits he got where he is, primarily via dumb luck! See here Property will be 50-70% off by 2016.

Do you agree with him?
Margaret, Veritas might offer a compromise. He will admit that MacroBusiness is a troll pit if you'll admit to posting on Property Observer under the name "MacroBusiness".

Can they arrest the RBA too? It's not the "MSM spruikers" that are responsible for this.
David and Leith really don't understand the housing market at all. They predicted a "slow melt" whilst hammering the case for interest rate cuts — nothing was more certain to reverse the slow melt than rate cuts. Why would you make such a prediction and base your whole website around that theme and then advocate the very policies that would derail your own prediction and anger your readers? When some of his readers finally made the link and challenged him, David threatened to ban them. Sometimes I wonder if MB isn't simply a joke being played on its readers.

I meant "arrest" in the sense of showing them up.
Yeah the pro IR cut thing was horrendous. Yeah me too I find it hard to fathom exactly what MB's agenda is.
They also say "let's open up the land", but that's never going to happen. Nimbys are way too powerful.

These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
