On the one paw you could be right but on the other paw the so very wrong the disaster which lead to the divorce.

I actually started a thread for you, which was all about you and you alone. Not many people can claim that sort of love on the internet :)

It would be pretty ballsy and admirable if you put your reputation on the line and make a bold prediction to stand by..

Get it wrong and you are just another guy who called something wrong but get the call right and you are an APF guru.

what do you say?

Look on the bright side - our old mate Nick sold his house in the trough and bought gold around $1200 per ounce and according to his story he has "backed up the truck" a few times in the "dips"

It's what his grandpa told him to do.
I guess i could always think about him if i wanted to feel better :lol
he was so convinced, and anyone who expressed doubts was labelled a liar - I believe that would have been me.

Poor Nick - 4 years and he still can't buy back his old home.
Any expressed market opinion is my own and is not to be taken as financial advice

Catweasel appreciate its the love.

A Catweasels interest in behavior and attitudes of a mouse is a a fascinate.

And a world of a knowledge theory is a all encompass.

Catweasel already made a predict:

A England win a Ashes but a Australia perform the well.

It be the ballsy on a 7 days before to predict a opposite,

and a rapscalls will in state of rapture.

Catweasel think it the odd,

that mouse soak itself in gold.

It well aware of a traders who do on daily the basis,

but mouse?

Its masters and squawk gurus,

obviously advise it not too.

But it a do any the way.

But it can live with,

and change its life the according,

no the shame of make mistake.

Only white shoe and its peers in a mouse society,

want it to pay the penance for its the behave.

Catweasel say it see many the ones from a Australia,

arrive in Vietnam for cheap the holiday,

which would have fruitless the chase for a super-size underwear.

And its husbands and partners,

not amiss in its singlets, little shorts and pot bellies.

And it hard not to wonder,

if it somehow relate to a rapscalls.

Frankie the Castle,

is a regular the visitor.

What it get up to,

not its business,

even if involve mojito and nefarious.

Catweasel say but what if a gold change its the trajectory?

How do hell mouse or squawk guru know what it will be?

It a same with mouse house.

Every the 2-bit have opinion.

Only the honest come from the one who admit it not know.

And buy a low and sell a high,

or a vice versa.

White shoe doing its best,

to make the mouse,

buy a high,

and hope like a hell,

it go the higher,

while feed white shoe's pocket,

and mouse assume all a risk.

Even the guys who bought well a decade ago are going to have to concede they should have sold -
Do you ever think before you type Mel :?: A decade ago gold was $500/oz. Now it's $1350/oz.

Just go back to not posting.

Maybe AUD $900 per oz now could be about 'fair' value then?

mel is correct you should have sold.

gold has fallen 26% from it's peak, and has been falling for years consistently. purchasing something that earns no income for 10 years, then falls 26% from it's peak is called investment fail.

more is the pity fools like you who purchased at $800/oz, have earnt nothing from it for 6 years and are now sitting on a knifes edge.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
