Quite happy where I live. I rather enjoy living next to my computer (it being a laptop, I'm usually in one of the cafes downstairs, friendly people, great melbourne coffee) I make my living from my computer skills.
Property, contrary to popular belief, isn't the only way to be successful, some people actually feel that actually living is better than collecting money for collecting moneys sake.
I don't attempt to circumvent the forums profanity filter.
I'm glad also that I'm not paranoid like you appear to be.
It's cute the way you actually still try to argue with the forum idiots in the hope you'll one day convince them that labor is a valid source of income.
Hurling insults and belittling them is a far more productive activity.
"It were not best that we should all think alike; it is difference of opinion that makes horse races." - Mark Twain on why he avoids discussing house prices over at MacroBusiness. "Buy land, they're not making any more of it." - Georgist Land Tax proponent Mark Twain laughing in his grave at humourless idiots like skamy that continually use this quip to justify housing bubbles.

You are in the same league as the shit snake charmer of this forum, ...
You're just an evil witch.
I don't have hard issues with that shadow I only wish to ruffle its feathers...
But with you I sincerely wish you shit.
Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$ It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? Understand the power of the two "P"" or be financially challenged Even better when there is family who are property mad and one is born in some entitlements.....Understand that beautiful women are the exhibitionists we crave attention, whilst hot blooded men are the voyeurs ... A stunning woman can command and takes pleasure in being noticed. Seems not too many understand what it means to hold and own props and get threatened by those who do. Banks are considered to be law abiding and & rather boring places yeah not true . A bank balance sheet will show capital is dwarfed by their liabilities this means when a portions of loans is falling its problems for the bank.

Are you trying to get everyone in the forum offside or is this just how you are?
How can you expect to belittle everyone and not cop some back? TBH I think that people have overall been remarkably tolerant with you, but sooner or later someone will give you both barrels. Can't you see that?
Any expressed market opinion is my own and is not to be taken as financial advice
I still hold the belief that people are generally good and often more intelligent than they appear to be.
I can only assume that Blondie is a full blown christian, or islamic, from my experience, they're the only groups who seem to react violently when I reveal my faith. Though I suppose faith is the wrong word, since I don't believe in any gods, nor do I believe in the power of prayer beyond the placebo effect. I liked the tenets and general life teachings of wicca, so that's what I identify with most closely.
But I'm patient to a fault. I try not to take anything that is said to heart, the circumstances of peoples lives colour their interactions.
Though I am slowly coming around to being comfortable with throwing insults, but I tend to use veiled remarks, I try not to use profanity (foxbat has been the only one to get me there). It's odd, I can happily swear and sling shit at players in WoW, who are clearly sub-humans.
Back on topic, I picked Sydney to step back in 2014, simply because I feel that the USA have bitten off more debt than they can chew and if the population over there don't revolt (due to some real or perceived inability by their government), their government seems to be working very hard to get another nation to incite another world war, which is great for the war machine in the USA (and thus their budget, because the US is the worlds biggest arms manufacturer).
But China is inextricably linked to the US consumers and Australia is inextricably linked to China's manufacturing industry, through our minerals, supporting their ability to provide infrastructure and manufacturing to supply the world's consumers. A downturn in the US due to civil unrest or world war, could have major repercussions for China, which will flow on to the rest of the world like a bad smell.
If there are any far reaching global potholes, Australia could be in trouble, regardless of how the RBA plays, we are just too small an economy. We weathered the last storm surge to hit, only because we threw money at the population, of which we have no surplus left to weather the next one.
I'll probably step onto the property ladder at some stage, though I'm looking at a few sub $60k properties out in the sticks for myself at the moment (I could afford it now, but I like city living too much), being an investor in property, for me, won't be for another 5 years at least, global conditions are just too uncertain to make such bets.
Making bucket loads of money, to me, isn't success. Having friends, lovers and good memories are far more important to me than a big balance sheet.
I admit, I don't know everything, I can't and it would be arrogant of me to claim that I do. Which is why I'm here, I still have many things to learn, and the likes of Shadow, Peter Fraser, Strindberg and others have taught me things I thought I would never know.

Keep doing the suck job on those regulars ..you'll get somewhere.
Witch, you showed me your true colors when I gave an eg of negatives in my life.
You do not practice what you preach. Eff off
I'm actually truly silly for bothering with you I thought you were ok, but I'm wrong.

You didn't just give an example, you gave gory details and then acted hurt when the response wasn't as you expected.
That's what happens when you share details of your life on public forums, you get responses from people who have no emotional requirement to stay on your good side. You may live your life with extraordinary yes men following you around, but I'm not in any way going to support self delusions.
I do, wholeheartedly practice what I preach, but as I have never proselytized here (and never will, since I believe people can believe whatever they want), I wonder where you picked up any of my teachings. Perhaps you're talking about Wicca in general; and if you had any understanding of it, you wouldn't use such roaming generalisations, since it is really a term for a personal faith that can actually mean all sorts of things, depending on who you talk to. (it's based on a collection of beliefs from pre-christian Britain)
I'm here trying to have open dialogue with some very intelligent people, you seem to float around and generally run amok, accusing people of all sorts of outlandish rubbish, while expecting them to love you for it.

James Packer kicked things off in January listing his former Bondi Beach home with $22 million hopes as work was completed on his new, $40 million uber-mansion on Wentworth Road, Vaucluse.
Of course, things didn't go to plan and less than a year later he's moved back into the bachelor pad and agents have been vying for the job of selling the family ''shopping centre'' (Erica's euphemism, not mine).
There was no sign of the six-level monolith being offered around on the quiet to China's high net worth buyers at the Shanghai Luxury Properties Showcase earlier this week, giving some credence to rumours the casino mogul won't be selling it because it is part of Erica's divorce settlement and will be hers to off-load.
It was the Chinese trophy-home hunters who dominated the headlines though. After six years on and off the market, the Point Piper waterfront estate Altona sold for $52 million in March to a Melbourne-based Xiuzhen Ding, director of Chaimovich Investment.
Then, in April, Seven Network commercial director Bruce McWilliam sold his waterfront mansion, known as the Bang & Olufsen house, for $33.5 million to one of the owners of Australia's largest cotton farm Cubbie Station, chairman of Shandong Ruyi Qui Yafu. After years of prestige market hell, what better way to give the market a much-needed confidence boost?
That offshore interest was followed by the locals.

As predicted by APF members, the Sydney market appears to be on fire.
It seems like it was only yesterday I was talking with barns about doing a flipper together. We joked about not even painting the property before re listing it for sale at a later point in time. Oh, the humanity.
So when do the very people who predicted the current Sydney boom believe it will end?
it will end when the overseas buyers stop buying, they are the force behind the price increases imo
Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
