The home prices up here in Brisbane Town look high, but actually they are low friends. The multiple of earnings required to purchase a house look high, but actually they are low. Why? Well them multiples are just going to go up in the future.
Why write a sarcastic ruse of a post in order to self promote a youtube channel when the sound on the linked vids are incomprehensible?
I think it is all part of an elaborate plan to win the following bet:
"I bet you can't create an APF sock that is fucking irritating both the mad bulls and the wild-eyed bears and everybody in between without once mentioning Clive Palmer."
The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off. --Gloria Steinem AREPS™
Well friend that aint polite. There aint nothing wrong with the sound on the videos and y'all need to open your ear flaps, although I do admit I am new at the computers and find speaking easier than typing. There aint nothing sarcastic about it friends.
Y'all need to realise that there are problems with the multiple of earnings theory, because as I say it assumes that there will be these high mean earnings we've been experiencing in sectors of the economy over the last ten years, which are mostly made up anyway.
In the future, as I point out in the youtube videos, and others have too elsewhere, these BA graduates are going to be lucky to get an extra shift at the Pig and Whistle. Them smart folks with good degrees in science, commerce and the like will be lucky to get work managing folks in the third world who will be doing the heavy lifting for three dollars and twenty five cents an hour and the competition will just get worse and worse as them fine folks coming in to our fine country have all them connections back in their old countries and the technology to outsource practically everything they do. So earnings are not going to go up friends.
So them multiples will just go up in real terms.
Back in the day, as the youtube videos point out, I could buy a home 30 minutes or an hour from the city on one income, and still have money to blow on trips to Vegas, hookers, parties, cars and everything else without breaking a sweat. The economy here hasn't advanced beyond mines, farms and a bunch of peckerhead white shoe housing industry folks, so it aint going to get better - and y'all need your white western woman whale wife to work all day long to pay them bills and the mortgage. So a 20 year mortgage is in fact more like a 40 year mortgage when two folks are paying it and with these job situations and worthless degrees getting worse, there aint going to be lower earnings ratios. //. So aint it right to buy now and pay as much as possible? Surely thats the ticket.

You must be getting on billy, tha 40 year mortgage you speak of being two people to pay it. The banks finally worked out if they hand money out to aanybody for a loan ,then the prices will have to increase to the point where it would take a mortgage of 25-30 years , so more like 50-60 years being two people, see they can rob you for a much longer period than they used to. increase houses to 1 million and recieve back 2 million with interest , provider your not a switched on property investor paying interest only on those three mortgages with no deposit down, while looking for your next IP.
I remember an add from an old book I had showing property , the terms were so much down, cant remember now and twenty quarterly repayments and you owned it outright, a lot more to spend elsewhere and on the economy.

Haha. Maybe Billy Jack is right. Look at the map. There's an airport south of Ipswich? I guess Amberley, but I didn't think their jets took passengers. When did this forum turn into an insult match? Come on Frank. Enough.
