For the last 10 years now the presstitute bought and paid for media, think tanks and economic experts in the U.S. have been screaming their lungs out on job creation, the return of green shoots and a recovery.
All a bunch of bought and paid for shills. No one wants to confront the truth about the U.S. having its collapse of the USSR moment.
Same here now down under.
Perhaps these kooks should list the types of jobs created, but they'd never do that, as that would blow them outta water!
Perhaps we should ask the question on this forum...........how much has your income declined, and your employment prospects diminished compared to 5 years ago.

And I highly doubt your claims.
Are you kidding, in the last 10 years my wage has increased more then 100% and I do the same job then as now. What planet are you on, wage growth in Australia has been very strong over the past 10 years.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
