Her life is probably hard enough. Peter

Maybe I should walk around in a daze like the lazy fucks out there today and scratch my nuts, have a cigarette, have a long lunch, text my mates , go to the tab, drive to bunnings a dozen different times, fuel, travel etc etc. and then charge her by the hour - probably would cost her double And who quotes a job by the hour? Anyone??????
add: Oh don't forget if I was doing it for real I would have also charged travel from Brisbane to Rocky + accommodation +meals

Why?
Maybe the lady could have not wrecked the place and tried to get away with it. Maybe she could have observed the conditions of the lease. Maybe she could have offered to fix the damage before it came to a recovery of damages situation.

but she is a renter, they just can't get it together. You have to be careful you are not punishing a mental retard or something. That just can not learn. It is a sin. Peter

Said 'silly bint' should have maybe rented a run down property where the LL didn't actually give a rat's if her actions added a bit more minor damage to the joint maybe? As in, Lived within her means.
Not wishing to do so, strikes me as being a pretty common problem/issue in Oz these days; 'N one that is neither confined to tenants nor LLs.
Hmmm - Bedtime for me. Check how the Goldies are goin' 'n call it quits for the evening I reckon - All the best re your short MIW ...
A Professional Demographer to an amateur demographer:"negative natural increase will never outweigh the positive net migration"
Same with NSW. Except there is no included water usage so landlord pays the service charge while tenants pays for every drop of water they use.
The same with Tassie the tenant pays for all water used and landlord pays the supply charge. Tassie installed water meters even in areas with massive surplus which simply flows out to the ocean to prop up the toll booth economy.
Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
