The game's crook - We all KNOW it's crook.

And we all know it's gunna blow ... Well, it's pretty likely to anyway! Though we aren't sure/don't know when?

But given what we DO know, NOT LEVERAGING into such an upcoming shit fight, would seem EXTRAORDINARILY sensible - To me? ... :re:

Unless one reckons they are considerably smarter 'than the average bear' perhaps!?! :D

Friend, it's happened already, but you have to understand that half of the third world wants to live here, including England and NZ.

They will come, and our young folks will realize they are better off spending their last thousand dollars on an economy class ticket and living in a country with 1. a decent transit system (aka metro/tram/night buses) and 2. a decent choice of supermarkets/service providers (your average country in Europe has 5+ major chains) and 3. women who are women, and not some form of man with a vajayjay (this is what I am hearing friends, but can't say I agree 100%).

In short, get ready for an increase in the exodus of your children, and an ingress of the third world.

Yeah, that's the ticket, that's the ticket. That's the future of our great country friends.

Friend, if all you have is that outlook, everything will look like a rant to you I guess, but I have to ask this, what else is going to happen? The biggest asset any young Australian has is their passport, and they aint getting fooled by Alinsky like responses by intellectual pygmies who then think this idea is a 2/10.

I have to say, that I am just warming up with this internet thing. I've been online one month. I love it friend.

Friend, is that an insult? Are you insulting me?

Well, if you read my post carefully and open your hearing flaps,, you'll understand that's exactly what I am saying to y'all. All them folks from the third world want to come here, and them folks from the slums of England and the ghettos in NZ. I swear with half the voices I hear around Brisbane Town, it's like being somewhere in the wilds of NZ! They sure love it here friend.

Maybe if you're an inbred piece of shit bogan that relies on mining and housing like yourself.

For a lot of people Australia is shit, obviously one of the main reasons at the moment is because a decent house is $1m. Now $1m+ in Sydney. We have tonnes of people well educated people leaving every year.

Personally I wish I was born in some smaller city USA.

Billy Jack is right, around my way it's getting more and more Asianised. By the time we're dead the country will probably be half or more non white.

I'm working closely with a bunch of young Aussies at the moment. Fresh grads and up to early thirties. All very settled in Aus. Some have houses some not. They don't look like they are going overseas. Consolidating their careers and savings. I'm quite surprised as when I was coming through. Most would go overseas for a stint. I guess the opportunities overseas aren't there just now. From my observations I'd say, for uni grads, moving overseas is less common than pre-GFC.

Yes friend, but with these fancy computers you can put in your bag, with batteries and all, and you can sit in a cafe in Hanoi and do all your work there. So if they had any fight in them they could quite easily do it and live on the smell of an oily rag. I guess that's why the people in charge here don't want no telecommuting now do they? And the women folks are much better looking (at least that's what I hear the young folks saying here in their cafe chit-chat). But there are also many folks who believe that they have "made it" when they come to Brisbane Town from the wilds of FNQ or the Downs or elsewhere and I am sure it's the same in Sydney and Melbourne Town also. It sure is for many folks from NZ.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge. You agree you won't use this forum to post material that is illegal, private, defamatory, pornographic, excessively abusive or profane, threatening, or invasive of another forum member's privacy. Accusations, attacks, abuse or threats, litigious or otherwise, directed against the forum or forum administrators aren't tolerated and will result in immediate suspension of your account for a number of days depending on the severity of the attack. No spamming or advertising in the main forum. Spamming includes repeating the same message over and over again within a short period of time. Don't post ALL CAPS thread titles. The Advertising and Promotion Subforum may be used to promote your Australian property related business or service. Active members of the forum who contribute regularly to main forum discussions may also include a link to their product or service in their signature block. Members are limited to one actively posting account each. A secondary account may be used solely for the purpose of maintaining a blog as long as that account no longer posts in threads.
