And none of this is RELEVANT to the thread note I started it all out with friend.

I didn't realize the internets was so ghetto! I joined this forum to have a discussion about the property bubbles and life here in Brisbane Town.

And the bubbles are busting all over the place friends.
One thing ya can say about the internet; It's like life - Ya surely DON'T get what ya joined up expecting/hoping for Billy Jack ... :lol

turning into fat unhealthy retards. There is also more children becoming fatties.....
I originally had taken umbridge to your assertion that being fat is unhealthy, I didn't broach retardation, I should have.

I'm not sure how being fat or unhealthy automatically means one is retarded, seeing as a retard is a mental deficient (this is the legal term), anyone of any health or weight level could be called retarded.

I didn't expect you to play the sympathy card, but I'm not really surprised that you did.

You could have just reported your issues without detail, I'm sure many would have had no problem with that.

You went all dramatic, you decided that, as I had called you a horrible person (for assuming that fat people are thus unhealthy, retarded and have no pride in their appearance) I was being vicious.

You then went on to call me a heap of crap and a peice of shit.

I see you as vain (the line about bikini's) and unable to accept criticism of any of your opinions. You expect everyone to have your view of beauty as their own, you also expect that everyone shares your opinions. You are a classic egocentric person.

Quote:

Egocentrics regard themselves and their own opinions or interests as being the most important or valid. To them, self-relevant information is seen to be more important in shaping one’s judgments than are thoughts about others and other-relevant information. Egocentric people are unable to fully understand or to cope with other people's opinions and the fact that reality can be different from what they are ready to accept.

I don't know if anyone could have called my original post a rant, there was two lines and linked supporting evidence.
I didn't go into a tirade about the unhealthiness of being underweight, I questioned your comment.

I actually gave supporting evidence as to why I think your opinions are wrong, people who are overweight aren't automatically unhealthy, that children aren't becoming obese and everyone regardless of weight is at risk of developing diabetes.

Had your comments been anything about property, I might have responded in kind, but they weren't.

I don't believe a real person would treat their grief with such contempt. I've long suspected that BG is not real. I hope so at least, because if she is real, she is seriously fucked up. Not exactly a promising example of the advantages of investing in property. But I guess it does show that money doesn't buy you happiness. But it can be a useful substitute.

Size 14 - 16 is perfect for me. Don't like em bony.

Yup, he was talking about carrying a few pounds, so you rolled out the dead babies. I had a friend whose wife told me about her gang rape in graffic detail within half an hour of meeting her. I guess some people don't know what's appropriate and what's not. Why the fuck you would keep bringing up the dead babies on a property forum is beyond me.
Newjez, just put the moron on ignore. It makes the forum so much better.

Addressing people as 'friend' is an american trait.

I strongly suspect it is R2M.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge. You agree you won't use this forum to post material that is illegal, private, defamatory, pornographic, excessively abusive or profane, threatening, or invasive of another forum member's privacy. Accusations, attacks, abuse or threats, litigious or otherwise, directed against the forum or forum administrators aren't tolerated and will result in immediate suspension of your account for a number of days depending on the severity of the attack. No spamming or advertising in the main forum. Spamming includes repeating the same message over and over again within a short period of time. Don't post ALL CAPS thread titles. The Advertising and Promotion Subforum may be used to promote your Australian property related business or service. Active members of the forum who contribute regularly to main forum discussions may also include a link to their product or service in their signature block.
