But the real Bubble has bust. It's the bubble of the last 40 years of media and PR campaigns (particularly the last 10) telling us all that property is somehow a good long term investment (of our money, time etc).
Seems not - IMO.
The 'fear 'n greed' "bubble" remains with us ...
A Professional Demographer to an amateur demographer:"negative natural increase will never outweigh the positive net migration"
Yes friend, there is the chance that the Property PR/Media Machine is even stronger in the internet age, but I doubt it. 10 years ago before the Youtubes everyone watched television. Now they don't. Well, not them young folks. I understand why. I am now on the internet and it is amazing, no doubt about it. It's no wonder them young folks with the energy to explore and learn spend so much time on the internet. And that means fewer young folks are watching aspie renovation programs on TV, which by the way have a bigger audience than normal only because tradesmen and aspie investors who are part and parcel of our great Property Bubble see them as their "own". Why only allow doctors and lawyers and cops to have TV shows? Tradies and aspie Investors are now TV stars too. See?
Only pain cranks human's speculative behaviour down a notch or three - Not knowledge. 'N speculative Aussie humans simply haven't experienced any pain yet.

Just because you can't see yourself with a larger woman, doesn't mean they won't find partners, there are plenty of hot, young men who would happily be with larger women, usually because they have (generally) much better personalities. The same can be said for all relationships people have. Infinite diversity in infinite combinations.
And yes, I agree, the advent of widespread internet use has allowed people to find information without using the controlled media, this has caused a lot of disconnect from the standard mantra, I'm not sure I would call it a bubble though.
Fat chicks are cool, especially the ones who can suck golf balls through garden hoses and scramble eggs with their tongues.
I'm personally a bony birds fan Mango - But aint averse to the thought of snuffling 'round in a big bowl of jellow either ...
Think I'm fortunate maybe? In that I tend ta 'bond' ta what I got ...

Newjez You are a snake. You twist & poison the facts.
kulganis DID NOT have a poke about my wealth, money had absolutely nothing to do with my grievance with him.
go away & learn to read properly.
Yup, he was talking about carrying a few pounds, so you rolled out the dead babies. I had a friend whose wife told me about her gang rape in graffic detail within half an hour of meeting her. I guess some people don't know what's appropriate and what's not. Why the fuck you would keep bringing up the dead babies on a property forum is beyond me.

No I don't think I was inappropriate, it's was relevant because it broached about his rant to me about the unhealthy aspects of being underweight, I provided him with my RELEVANT experience .
I will spell it out you friggin prick
.issue of being underweight by personal trauma.
You, just like him are sooo quick to judge someone's character.
Yes its a property forum, funny that Kulganis didn't speak about a property issue to me.
How convenient.
Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$ It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? Understand the power of the two "P"" or be financially challenged Even better when there is family who are property mad and one is born in some entitlements.....Understand that beautiful women are the exhibitionists we crave attention, whilst hot blooded men are the voyeurs ... A stunning woman can command and takes pleasure in being noticed. Seems not too many understand what it means to hold and own props and get threatened by those who do. Banks are considered to be law abiding and & rather boring places yeah not true . A bank balance sheet will show capital is dwarfed by their liabilities this means when a portions of loans is falling its problems for the bank.

I suggest you get some help.
Whenever you have an argument with someone, there comes a moment where you must ask yourself, whatever your political persuasion, 'am I the Nazi?'

And none of this is RELEVANT to the thread note I started it all out with friend.
I didn't realize the internets was so ghetto! I joined this forum to have a discussion about the property bubbles and life here in Brisbane Town.
And the bubbles are busting all over the place friends.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
