Friends, I cannot make out which is better as positional goods in modern Brisbane Town: Owning a House in the "right" suburb - because people dont care about things of substance like the street, or elevation etc, - or being a landlord instead of a renter. Which has more prestige friends? Here are some of my thoughts.

3 posts and you want us to all go over and look at your tube opinions? I don't think so. There is more than enough nuvo opinionated drivel to sift through right here. Good luck with whatever internet enterprise you are trying to make money out of btw.

Shadow was hopelessly wrong about the Gold Bull Market.
What else is he wrong about?

Friend, is that an insult? Are you insulting me? I don't find typing easy at all because I haven't used a typewriter for some decades and find it easier to use a microphone. The podcast is 2 or 3 minutes. I am sorry, is it OK if I ask a question here? I have my own views based on the patterns of cafe chit-chat I hear here in Brisbane Town and what people here regard as prestigious. Would you mind actually responding to the question and my thoughts. Much appreciated if you could. Billy Jack.

I had a look at your channel when you first popped up, and to be honest, you're better off typing.
Some of your words are unintelligible, not your accent, you seem to mumble.
You have periods of silence because you haven't thought of your words before you spoke them.
Your microphone is probably good for skype, but youtube watchers are far more finicky, at least don't have something in your mouth when you're trying to talk.(this includes cigars)

Typing would enable your message to be understood better.

Friend, I think you are wrong there but thank you for responding. I can't type no good - too old. But if you listen closely and turn your volume up you can hear me loud and clear. I have thought about my words before I spoke them. Aint a man allowed to take pauses when talking these days? Thank y'all.

I watched the first 30 secs of one of your clips and didn't have a clue what you are saying. Your written posts have been much clearer. You should learn to type. It's not hard.

Your typing is perfect - no spelling errors, deliberate use of 'old timer' diction such as 'aint'. Can't see any issues there.

We're used to people like Crazy Ted here who type by mashing the keyboard with their fists and forehead.

(your Youtube recordings on the other hand are barely understandable)
1. Epic Fail! Steve Keen's Bad Calls and Predictions.
2. Residential property loans regulated by NCCP Act. Banks can't margin call unless borrower defaults.
3. Housing is second highest taxed sector of Australian Economy. Renters subsidised by highly taxed homeowners.
4. Ongoing improvement in housing affordability. Australian household formation faster than population growth since 1960s.

You seem to be able to type well enough. Even better than some who post on the interwebz.

Friend the people at my cafe here tell me that the Youtube recordings are perfectly fine.

There aint nothing wrong with them. You need a good quality computer or headphones, and a good command of English to understand the points made, and you'll be fine.

But what do y'all think of what the ultimate positional goods - suburbs in Brisbane town seem to be the thing people talk about.

They go on and on about how they are living in some suburb without realizing that in reality they can be quite ghetto.

I guarantee y'all that one of the first questions people up here ask you is what part of Brisbane are y'all from? ie what suburb.

It's crazy.
