Can you link to some examples of me not speaking the truth?
Unlike your good self I suspect Shady, I don't sit on this site noting down/bookmarking examples of people's past comments to throw at them months or even years down the track. So let's just settle for saying that everything in my guts screams that both you 'n Strindberg are 'crook' - Don't feel like that about anyone else on this site. But I SURELY do about you pair.

That's a pretty long winded way of saying ... 'No, I can't find any example of you being dishonest Shadow'.

To say that is dishonest in itself Shadow. As a reasonable interpretation of what I said might have been "I've not specifically looked for/attempted to document examples of your dishonesty to date."
Yep, you're effing crook alright.

It chokes peoples ability to spend. Why dont you fucktards realise this. Sure its great for the lucky home owner who got in before the big rises but for FHB and those paying the huge rents being forced upon them by the debt the houses they rent carry, its shit. Its your greedy nature that makes you the way you are. My kids probably wont move out of home until there is hope for home ownership at a reasonable cost. You obviously dont have children because if you did you be concerned about the level of debt required to own a home and how it would affect them. Anyway your a moron and you allways will be. I cant be fucked wasting my time with you anymore Timothy. GFY
ABS has shown our disposable incomes rising, so you are obviously completely wrong.
it's a classic bear mistake to take the first year costs and project them out forever. i guess it makes sense as lots of them rent so they will never see an end to their own housing costs.
5 years into home ownership most people will have more disposable income than renting, it allows them to SPEND MORE.

Based on those coming through behind them borrowing EVEN MORE. So at what point does it stop Piggy? At what point do the wheels fall off the debt wagon that's carrying the load? ...

LOL, so you launch a random and completely unprovoked attack on me, accusing me of dishonesty, and when I point out your inability to find a single example of me being dishonest, you claim this is an example of my dishonesty. You are one confused old man...

At what point do the wheels fall off the debt wagon that's carrying the load?
Yes, because it's just like a 'wagon' carrying a 'load', and the 'wheels' inevitably must fall off, as happens to all wagons carrying loads... or something...

When has that ever NOT been the case?
Business as usual Herbie. No crash on the horizon yet. The 'wagon' is rolling along in excellent condition.

The wagon is being fuelled by capital gains chasing investors loading up on cheap money.
Was that the case 20 years ago? It certainly was not.
And the warnings about bubbles grow more shrill by the day.
Property acquisition as a topic was almost a national obsession. You couldn't even call it speculation as the buyers all presumed the price of property could only go up. That’s why we use the word obsession. Ordinary people were buying properties for their young children who had not even left school assuming they would not be able to afford property of their own when they left college- Klaus Regling on Ireland. Sound familiar?
The evidence of nearly 40 cycles in house prices for 17 OECD economies since 1970 shows that real house prices typically give up about 70 per cent of their rise in the subsequent fall, and that these falls occur slowly. Morgan Kelly:On the Likely Extent of Falls in Irish House Prices, 2007
NOTHING random about it bloke - You were up Mango's guts because he wrote "your/you're" wrong (weren't you???) - Ya fuckwit! ...
But your [sic] crook anyway.

Only a malicious inventive priggish smarmy twat makes unsubstantiated accusations of dishonesty. That's what you are.
