It's touching the way people mourn the dead, but let's keep it in perspective, it was just a website.

Yep, it's not like it was the British Empire, or Hitler's Germany or the USSR, or even Enron or Bear Stearns or GMH or the CBA or anything of all that especially great importance/significance hey? ... :re:

Yep. I am out of here as I can not post without every post being moderated and it is clear that there is still no respect for peoples privacy.
Thanks for the fish....
Your prior behaviour on this forum makes it pretty clear you are not to be trusted.

What about?

It is not updated very often but is thorough on the most NB issues, at the right time.

Circle jerks can work well or ok, like MB or reddit. But you need some dissent. Even just a bit. Bubblepedia had none, and it's web site looks like it's from 1994. APF looks like it's from 1998. :lol

Frank Castle is a liar and a criminal. He will often deliberately take people out of context and use straw man arguments.
Frank finally and unintentionally gives it up and admits he got where he is, primarily via dumb luck!

1998 was a great year though. From memory the melbourne metro night club (which had a capacity of close to 2000 people) was full of girls in their 20's who insisted on both straightening and dying their hair black while wearing short skirts with long socks in outfits that mimicked kinky school uniforms which someone might find at an adult store. The music was kickarse also. I want my life back.
APF - a place where serious people don't take themselves too seriously. There's nothing else like it.

The 90s weren't bad for me either. Young, dumb, chasing puss, sometimes even getting it. :bl:

I used to head up north to Avalon, where they drown all the ugly girls, the iq was above neanderthal levels, I don't think I ever saw one fight, and the DJ was a trust fund wanker but he had great taste.

Then the nimbys ruined it. Fuckers.

Yeah if only we could go back, get a shit load of debt, and snap up everything in Melbs or something.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge. You agree you won't use this forum to post material that is illegal, private, defamatory, pornographic, excessively abusive or profane, threatening, or invasive of another forum member's privacy. Accusations, attacks, abuse or threats, litigious or otherwise, directed against the forum or forum administrators aren't tolerated and will result in immediate suspension of your account for a number of days depending on the severity of the attack. No spamming or advertising in the main forum. Spamming includes repeating the same message over and over again within a short period of time. Don't post ALL CAPS thread titles. The Advertising and Promotion Subforum may be used to promote your Australian property related business or service. Active members of the forum who contribute regularly to main forum discussions may also include a link to their product or service in their signature block. Members are limited to one actively posting account each. A secondary account may be used solely for the purpose of maintaining a blog as long as that account no longer posts in threads.
