This happens every 3 Million years so it's no biggie. Personally I think having snakes the diameter of council buses roaming around would be a good tourist attraction.

2012- Arctic sea ice shrinks to lowest extent ever recorded. Record is widely seen by scientists as strong signal of long-term climate warming

Climate change is real but more worrying than that is the meteor that exploded over russia. Listening to ABC yesterday they say it was a piece that had probably broken of in a impact with a well known meteor that regularly passes us by. Unknown is wether a bigger piece has broken off in that same collision or even worse the 2km wide meteor it came from has had its own orbit changed. If that hit the earth ,he said, it would be an extinction event.

What really is the point of owning IP's if youre not here to collect the rent?

2013 Arctic sea ice increased to 6th lowest extent ever recorded.

And records began... wait for it... a whole 34 years ago. So we have records for approximately 0.000000000000000008% of the Earth's history.

2. Residential property loans regulated by NCCP Act. Banks can't margin call unless borrower defaults.
3. Housing is second highest taxed sector of Australian Economy. Renters subsidised by highly taxed homeowners.
4. Ongoing improvement in housing affordability. Australian household formation faster than population growth since 1960s.

Only 34 years? on your stupid chart perhaps, but the historical records of the British navy go back a lot further. Then there is the ice core data scientists have collected. What's the matter shadow, did you buy homes in cheap areas prone to flooding if sea level rises a few meters :lol

Stick to spuking property, you look foolish enough in that arena.

SHADOW SPIN.
2013 Arctic sea ice increased to 6th lowest extent ever recorded.
Over The Long Term, Arctic Sea Ice Is Shrinking, Not Growing

Mr. Rose leads his article with this sentence: “A chilly Arctic summer has left nearly a million more square miles of ocean covered with ice than at the same time last year – an increase of 60 per cent.” This sentence reminds me of the old adage that the best way to lie is by telling the truth – just not all of it. Yes, it’s technically true that this summer, there is more ice in the Arctic Ocean than there was last summer. But that’s not the whole story.

First, in 2012, Arctic sea ice reached a extreme record low – so any extent that wasn’t a record-breaker could be spun as an “increase.” Second, when you’re looking at long term trends in climate, you have to look at just that – the trends. Not the year to year noise. So what happens if we look at the long term trend in Arctic sea ice? We find that 2013 is well below the average Arctic Ice coverage for the years between 1981 and 2010, as this chart from the National Snow and Ice Data Center shows:

Well Sydney is getting a couple more 30+ days, in the middle of Spring, it's hard to be a climate change denier.

I just don't give a fuck.

It's hard to give a fuck when we are piling on immigrants like a motherfucker creating more and more stress, and you can't even get a basic middle class house for reasonable price. I'll just sit back and let the two seriously deranged blue and red teams fight amongst themselves.
Hey Moops

Nice to see ya,

If you eventually reproduce, climate change is going to affect your future generations don't just think of yourself.

Sydney house prices is hot, it must make you feel like shit. :bl:
Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$
It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? Understand the power of the two "P"" or be financially challenged
Even better when there is family who are property mad and one is born in some entitlements.....Understand that beautiful women are the exhibitionists we crave attention, whilst hot blooded men are the voyeurs ... A stunning woman can command and takes pleasure in being noticed. Seems not too many understand what it means to hold and own props and get threatened by those who do.
Banks are considered to be law abiding and & rather boring places yeah not true . A bank balance sheet will show capital is dwarfed by their liabilities this means when a portions of loans is falling its problems for the bank.

Link please?

(there's some limited US Navy data from 1958, but it's not considered very accurate)

Ice cores don't tell us about the extent of sea ice coverage.

Most of the pollution, about half, comes from China and the US, so what can I do?

Not really, they've simply gone from ridiculously expensive to a bit more ridiculously expensive.

And I think the biggest price rises are around the trendy areas which I wasn't really interested in.

Anyway I'm over Sydney. If they want to turn it into the biggest shit hole in the world they can have it.

Why the fuck would you care about climate change if you voted Liberal? Idiot.

Frank Castle is a liar and a criminal. He will often deliberately take people out of context and use straw man arguments.
Frank finally and unintentionally gives it up and admits he got where he is, primarily via dumb luck!

I wanted to diversify some yrs ago, but what held us back was the logistics of maintenance in the rentals, agents will pay top dollar to contractors to do jobs..didn't like the thought of not knowing/seeing what's happening with the properties..

Wasn't worth the effort.

Happy with Perth.

Go find a nice dominant girlie then to sort a dummy like you out.

Gives an insight into the rest of the worlds economic progress on this issue : http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-24834697

If you look at the per capita CO2 output (probably the most relevant single figure) Australia is currently around 19 tonne/pp, USA is second at 17.3tonne/pp (steady since 2009), while Australia is still heading up.

In another 3 years it looks like we'll be a long way behind and have developed or commercialised almost no IP due to a lack of spending in this area. Doing nothing in the face of risk is actually a bet, it's a bet against climate change and that would appear to be a long-shot.
