While it's true that those who win never quit, and those who quit never win, those who never win and never quit are idiots.

Stage set for a public service employment die off, much better unemployment go up and people loose their livelihoods then reduce the billions wasted on property infestors!

Australia's twisted logic and divine ignorance a mess to behold!

A lot of those public sector workers will be specufestors. Fuck em. They probably also voted Labor, the scum that propped up house prices and made them worse.

Mike is a public sector worker and a massive specufestor thief, although granted he is a cop and is probably not the type that will suffer under the Libs, more like useless arts degree pen pusher twats.

Frank Castle is a liar and a criminal. He will often deliberately take people out of context and use straw man arguments.
Frank finally and unintentionally gives it up and admits he got where he is, primarily via dumb luck!

The issue with the socialists is this.
1) They are incredibly lazy.
2) They add nothing to supply they only consume.
3) They think someone else is going to work 12 hour shifts it appalling conditions so they can sit in an air conditioned office with never ending improvements to their conditions and ever shorter working hours per week. Always increasing the tax burden on the productive sector of the economy.
4) They have an attitude of entitlement.
5) They are unable to extrapolate this out to the entire work force to see it just can't work.
6) They are arse licking opportunists.
In summary you have an entire system of low class humans running a system that reenforces it's self into extinction. It grows if not checked like a cancer until the host organism collapses.
The public SERVANTS become the ruling class taking most of the resources for themselves, for yet another department or pet project.
It always fails people always.
Go Aussie's go.
If you could imagine a ship with 90% of it's crew in the bridge.
With 10% doing the painting, cleaning and maintenance of the vessel.
None of the 90% will leave the bridge to help with the daily chores they just order the remaining 10% to work longer and then when the wages increase for the 10% due to overtime the 90% place an additional service charge on the wage packet of the 10%.

Why work when you can get your money for nothing and your chicks for free.
Here is the government workers party letting their hair down after their wages were put up and the taxes raised (on the wealthy).
at 1:39 the lord of the socialist moment stops and lets the crowd of government workers go wild, the rich have been crushed, the champions of industry have been brought to their knees, it party time now.

But wait.
How did they lose?
Ran out of other peoples money?
Can't run a country with 20 million government workers and 1 value adding person?
Really we need a new department for that.
Tax the wealthy till they say what the fuck am i doing it for??
I know you can't work this out and i know it makes you mad when you try to think about it but you can't spend all day licking your own arse no matter how much you like it.

Moops I think you are a great poster. I agree with most of your views, and I think this forum would be very boring without you on it. Pretty sure that the foxbat is just a spam bot troll, wouldn't waste your time responding to it's posts.

3rd world countries are full of communists.
It can't work, it never works.
Are you able to understand that?
Disincentivise people and you have the recipe for disaster.
I think we may have crossed the line in Australia.
Hopefully we can pull it back.

No one is going to buy a house for you to live in.
Get rid of 1 million government workers and we may have a chance, there is plenty of rubbish to pick up on the sides of roads or weeds to pull out.
They could work for the dole at a lower rate than they do now.

But wait that does not get rid of them?????

I think the event horizon has been crossed.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis.
