Crazy, crazy person in my house

I am not often at a loss for words, but this is just crazy bad...

I had a person stay at my house. I mean, I rented a room out to him.

After about 3 days I decided I didn't like him due to the way he spoke down to me. I locked him out of my premises and doubled the rent on the spot if he wanted to get back in (Yeah I know it's bizarre on my part but I had reconsidered what the inconvenience of having someone stay with me was worth).

So after I locked him out (and abused him for disrespecting me), he got back in and stayed for 1 night. Then he moved out but left his stuff here and send me a few messages here and there letting me know of his plans to move out. He moved out almost straight away (let's say 2 days later).

He paid for an extra week and appeared to be very scared of me after that... after he left he said something very awkwardly... he said out of nowhere "Hey, no hard feelings huh?" and I was like "No, not at all" and he paused for a moment and then said "Ok that's good, bye"

Given that I have no idea where he went after this, I don't know why he would be concerned if there was "hard feelings"

Anyways... I came outside later and my car had some stuff all over it. I cleaned it off with Pine O Clean wipes but not before calling my neighbor outside as I was suspicious that his kids had maliciously thrown something at my car. They assured me their kids had gone somewhere with their father straight after school. This was the same day the guy moved out.

I dunno why but I got abit curious and Googled him (call me a stalker or whatever) but I found this

I am still just in shock... it would've almost been better if he was a murderer or something. I can't believe this person was in my house for 3 days and I was clueless (I always knew he was abit strange, but he was polite and timid aside from his few slip of the tongue condescending remarks about my lower socio economic area.

I am going overseas in a few days and am now abit worried about leaving my girlfriend here alone. He had a set of keys to my house and I forgot to ask for them back but then I text him for them back and he sent them back via express post (I got them today) but obviously that doesn't guarantee he hasn't copied them.

His malicious attack on my car (I am pretty sure it was him) indicates to me that there is "hard feelings" and also that he may be a very passive aggressive personality. Given the nature of his crime I am quite concerned.

How can I prevent things like this in the future? What should I even do about this? I am obviously gonna tell the people in the street to get involved if he so much as enters my street but it's still very troubling...

I have no idea. I cleaned it off with Pine O Cleans in order to try to see what colour it was and maybe work out what it was.

Because my car was so dirty the Pine O Clean was just black from all the dirt so I wasn't able to work out what the substance was. I very much doubt it (it was abit too much stuff) but it could've been piss.

Obviously I am very mad about it and I know he is somewhere in Oak Flats but I don't know the address. I almost want to go searching the neighborhood for his car but like I said my girlfriend is gonna be here alone for a short period and I don't wanna provoke him further as he does know I am going overseas soon.

Should I be worried? Or is he just a wanker (no pun intended)

Are you being sarcastic?

I mean, obviously someone wanking in full street view is not thinking straight at all. This is very troubling as I haven't really dealt with someone that far gone before... mix it up with his perversion and all that, and makes me scared he is gonna come back here and do something while I am gone...

How long ago did you chuck him out?

I believe I locked him out on Thursday (1 week ago today). He then went to his parents over the weekend looking for a room to rent.

He started moving out on Monday and told me everything would be out by Friday, he then came back the next day and got the rest of his stuff. So he was out by Tuesday.

If its as recent as that and you reckon he's a nut job then maybe she shouldn't be there if your overseas. Depends on how she feels some birds would not be intimidated by blokes like him others would.

not sarcastic at all as i have been in the exact same situation with a dirtbag in a suburb of melbourne called kensington.

Take rational precautions but don't panic or do anything stupid

I dunno if I should be worried really.

If we are talking personality, he is not brave. He seems to be a coward and back down as soon as confronted (at least that was my experience with him). He was super apologetic and all that (that is why I let him back in). He told me he had been going through heaps of stuff, had lost his house, was in huge debts etc.

I am not really sure if he would come here and do anything but given that he masturbated in a window in full view of the street, I wouldn't bet on it either...
