It's better to be thought of as a fool than to open ones mouth and remove all doubt
mackay has only exploded due to the coal boom. other than it's agricultural production which is intrinsically low density anyway, there's no reason people would subject themselves to the heat, humidity and local bogans.
I lived in the region for years, argue away.

Me too. There's plenty of good folk there as well as some boneheads.
I remember a time when a knuckle dragger told me he wouldn't get out of bed for 80k. He felt that he was worth the 150k + he was on at the time. The sad thing is it wasn't a once off.

Not what you think you know but a who you do know type of thing
Ironic that you have an uninformed go at the good Doctor about exploting cheap labour and then you openly admit to expecting to engage in and benefit from bribery which is the main issue holding 3rd world countries back. You are a disgrace and a simpleton.
no some tattooed up drunk bogan fuckwit throwing a bottle off the balcony then throwing up over the side onto the street.
Doesn't sound any worse than the beggars you have in the Perth streets 'n the bogans there bashing their missus in broad daylight mate? Plus yep, it gets a bit noisy cum 10 and 11 pm in parts of Hay Street on weekends as I recall ...

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
