We all like a bit of eye candy now and again You have a very vivid imagination Mr Preacher man. I have been to the UK for a month,to Bali for a week and to Denmark for two weeks since Jan this year. I like the forum all right and waste way too much time having fun on here, but every now and again I do get too busy to post.
Don't get me wrong I like to be compared with the gorgeous young Blondie, it is not often I get mistaken for a 30 yr old. But you sound a bit too much like those salesmen who try to charm me by saying my daughter is my sister . It is not gonna work preacher man.
Come on you old bat, preacher man thats pretty lame!!
Also who gives a fuck where you been, whats that got to do with anything,
It's 2009 all over again... exactly the same thing happened on GHPC. When it finally became obvious to the bears that they got it completely wrong and house prices were rising instead of crashing 40% they basically went berserk, hurling abuse all around them, calling for the bulls to be banned etc.
I guess it's understandable that they feel such rage and resentment towards the bulls... it must seem terribly unfair to a bear, waiting and waiting all these years, mocking those 'stupid' bulls because they were too 'dumb' to see the massive imminent property crash ahead... and then nothing. No crash. Prices just take off again after a minor correction (as the bulls correctly predicted).
But don't worry bears, after this current bull run ends there will be another whole new generation of bears confidently predicting 40% crashes just around the corner, spurred on by whichever gloom-spruiking cheerleaders pick up the mantle from Steve Keen, Gerard Minack, David Collyer, MacroBusiness etc during the next round.
Spot on.
I said the same a few days ago. I have notice a huge spike in personal attacks against bulls by the bears, not all some bears are still good to debate with.
Bears at present have little to debate so they attack the person. I have been open about my investing/development since I joined this forum. It is only now Marc decides to attack me, no wonder housing Australia wide is on a solid upswing.
If people do not believe what I say, that is up to them. I back most of my comments up with links the rest should be common knowledge. I have no reason to mislead people, in fact I want to encourage people to look beyond what they think is possible, broaden your view.
If bears want to attack me that is fine, I will keep debating the topics, posting the data.
I will also do the same when the market turns. Don't despair to much Bears, the wheel will turn and at some point in the future perhaps 2-3 years we will have a bull market. Then you can say we told you so.

+ 1. Cannot understand much of that post.
Are you Blondie Madison by any chance? (Billy Madison's older sister) cause you sure as f**k need to go back and re-do high school my dear.
BTW back on topic...
A forum disagreement should never go so far that you contact someones significant other alerting them to a breach of privacy only to breach your own privacy in the process...
Marc my whole point about this is personal security.
Alex should delete your home address and your Girl Friends email address from this forum completely in the other thread.
It is not your details you are revealing its is a 3rd person who is not a forum member and she gave no permission for it to be released.
I did not post any details I found online, unlike you who posted details you found of some one who is not me on this forum. You posted unconfirmed contact details of a random person. I have not posted anyone's private information, you have to a person you are meant to protect and a random person you thought was me. Who is the douche again.
Your the one posting everyone's private information.
I will never post private information to prove a pointless forum flame war, no matter how much you kick and scream.
Come on you old bat, preacher man thats pretty lame!!

Aww Doubleview but you were the one saying you missed and how you transferred your affection for me to a younger poster hoping that she was really me, just because I headed off for a few days.
I suppose I should let you off the hook and stop calling you preacher man as it has been a while since you posted your usual fire and brimstone stuff and sentencing all the property owners to hell and damnation.
Definition of a doom and gloomer from 1993 The last camp is made up of the doom-and-gloomers. Their slogan is "it's the end of the world as we know it". Right now they are convinced that debt is the evil responsible for all our economic woes and must be eliminated at all cost. Many doom-and-gloomers believe that unprecedented debt levels mean that we are on the precipice of a worse crisis than the Great Depression. The doom-and-gloomers hang on the latest series of negative economic data.

Do you ever lighten up?
Thats a figment of your imagination I have never said anything the like about property owners.
Owning your own house Is always a good idea if the numbers stack up GET IT AT A GOOD PRICE and you have job security.
What I have said is that from this point onward anyone who buys investment property is house hoarding & that Perth will be a blood bath around 2016-2017
The growth OVER THE NEXT 5-10 YEARS will be absolutely terrible compared to other investments.
