As todays youth gradually become more feral due to encouraging low socio economic groups to breed (baby bonus), discouraging young quality people to breed (high house prices maintained with the assistance of government/RBA), as well as more women forced to leave their children in childcare to pay the mortgage, this issue of feral neighbours is becoming more of a problem. It's becoming more commonplace to see on the news a party which somehow gets gatecrashed by several hundred youths and it ends up getting violent.
I wonder if this is why all this violence is happening in Sydney city. The final outcome of women favouring "bad boys"?
I don't see loud music in neighbourhoods happening much anymore, I wouldn't mind if these little fags had a semblance of taste in music and played some good old style MMM type rock, but it's that faggy doof shit.
If we continue the way we're going Asians will simply take over Australia. Or be at least 50% of the population. They work hard and have good family values.
Can't say I care much. :pop:
stinkbug omosessuale Frank Castle is a liar and a criminal. He will often deliberately take people out of context and use straw man arguments. Frank finally and unintentionally gives it up and admits he got where he is, primarily via dumb luck! See here Property will be 50-70% off by 2016.

Agreed music taste has gone downhill in general. Perhaps my view is warped, the last place we rented was in a good neighbourhood but 3 doors down we had neighbours throwing big parties with ridiculously loud music, almost every weekend. Seemed to be little anyone could do about it. If we closed all the doors and windows and drew the curtains we could usually manage to get to sleep, I doubt the next door neighbours could though. That is one advantage of renting, just move somewhere more desirable when the lease expires.
I've found that women favour "bad boys" when they are young, but tend to switch towards nice boy higher income earners as they get into their 20s. Obviously a generalisation though.
My neighbours had one party too many, so I knocked on the door at 6:00am the next morning to discuss it. It got a bit heated and has soured relations. All I wanted was a warning when they have a party - they don't have that many. It has been frosty ever since, but they do give us warnings now. I've a big house, and I can move people around away from the noise when I get notice of it.
Whenever you have an argument with someone, there comes a moment where you must ask yourself, whatever your political persuasion, 'am I the Nazi?'
Do you want to get that thing about me out of your sig? A bit personal isn't it? Even if I had a significant other I probably wouldn't buy.
It might be a rough and tumble forum, and we might get a bit personal, on occasion, but we don't make it permanent like by putting it in our sigs. You should probably also remove the stuff about Mike and Blondie too.
Don't be a bitch.
What are you, a schoolgirl? or what?
Maybe that is the problem Moopy boy. Girls want a MAN! so man up sunshine, Mooping around and girlin' it on every opportunity is not attractive ya know.
You PROBABLY wouldn't buy? haha. This indicates to me that you are unable to make a definitive conclusion at this point (perhaps due to never having had a girlfriend and not knowing what you would do in that situation?).
PS: Like someone has said, you are anonymous and can hide behind that. Nobody knows who you are. I am not. So if and when you rubbish me back, it's all on me, this forum even has my address now so I have to deal with the full consequences of my posts (perhaps even to the extreme)... do you see me having a girl attack about it?

I can't speak for my neighbours but I enjoy loud music around the clock.
The issue here is people like you.
I have had to deal with noisy neighbors before. Banging on the walls at all times of the night and just generally being inconsiderate A-holes to others. This was especially prevalent during the early hours of the morning. Sometimes I couldn't even hear myself drilling!
No kidding Marc. This one time we were having a massive party and the neighbours kept knocking on my door. I couldn't really hear what they were saying because the music was pumping but I was pissed off that they thought they could turn up to the party uninvited. So I just kept shutting the door on them. They aren't even cool people. They have kids and stuff. After the third time I warned them I'd call the cops if they came back again. Some people have no idea.
Dead serious, on a weeknight, it doesn't even matter what time, just pump that base... ohhhhh yeaaahhhhh
Is it ever an inappropriate time to start your lawnmower? or rev the shit out of your unroadworthy 2 stroke bike? No it's not according to those on my street. This is cracking me up here. I kid you not, last night a local kid was sitting up the street at like 2am revving the crap out of his bike whilst he just sat in the middle of the road for more than twenty minutes. I found it to be pretty damn hilarious how inconsiderate and oblivious to the fact it was 2am he was but wouldn't if it was at the front of my house obviously ROFL.
Thank god the ferals are up the other end of the street. I cannot believe how f**king inconsiderate some c**ts are.
If you are in NSW, there are noise pollution laws, if you can get the police to act. You can also pursue it as a civil matter, but a lot depends on whether you want to live in fear of your neighbours. Personally, this is why I am glad I rent. This country is full of inconsiderate arseholes, but every now and then you find a location where your neighbours work for a living, and are just as keen to get to sleep as you are. Those places are such a joy, but most of Sydney is full of pricks.

Good onya Moops
Definition of a doom and gloomer from 1993 The last camp is made up of the doom-and-gloomers. Their slogan is "it's the end of the world as we know it". Right now they are convinced that debt is the evil responsible for all our economic woes and must be eliminated at all cost. Many doom-and-gloomers believe that unprecedented debt levels mean that we are on the precipice of a worse crisis than the Great Depression. The doom-and-gloomers hang on the latest series of negative economic data.

I don't care much for the parties in my street. This noise does not bother me too much. What does bother me a little is that the idiots at the party never fail to end up in a massive fight. So all I hear is "I don't give a f**k if I get locked up" etc. It usually only lasts 20 minutes or so but it's pretty amateur and immature. I am most worried their tantys will get out of control and they will damage my property (whether intentionally or unintentionally). I have been tossing up in my mind if I am going to go ape shit if that happens and take to them with a weapon (natural reaction) or use abit more tact and remain impartial (don't go outside, just call the cops, don't even yell at them and let insurance deal with it). I think being impartial keeps me from further issues (not that I have any yet). To be honest I don't have an emotional attachment to my property whatsoever so I don't particularly care for a broken window or whatever besides the financial consequences.

Actually my point about Moops is well grounded in facts. He cannot afford a house in Sydney because he doesn't have a significant other. Sometimes we look past the simple and obvious things (or are in denial about them).
Moops has made personal attacks on me in the past so i'm just evening the scorecard a little bit The issue must hit home hard if he is that concerned about it despite remaining anonymous.
