Another day and a new all time high reached.

This is just reflective of the strong sales in the upgrader market over recent months which is pushing up prices, competition for these quality properties is strong.

Thrusting Upwards ever so firmer.

This must be a real pain in the Arse for the Bears.

Especially for those with their their gaping mouths open and fat arses wobbling so much as they spread their rubbish about. You know like Moopsy does.

This reaming has just be begun Fella's.

Do you read the stuff you post? I really don't want to be a part of your homo erotic fantasies thank you. I don't care how good you look in a mankini.
Whenever you have an argument with someone, there comes a moment where you must ask yourself, whatever your political persuasion, 'am I the Nazi?'

As the sun sets on Perth and storm clouds cover the moon, the bulls all join hands and begin whistling in unison. Look! It's a new paradigm, we don't need jobs or industry or immigration, house prices alone will support house price growth. :lol

Jobs you say, plenty of jobs in WA. This is why unemployment has been decreasing over the past year. It is now 4.5%.

Industry and business are doing very well, I guess that is why the WA economy expanded by 5.1% this year.

It would help if anything you posted is based on actual facts, your opinion does not count for much with your track record of failures.

It constantly amazes me how the bears think Perth RE is struggling.

Juxtapose that with Newjez from the UK incessantly bleating as he watches any chance of picking up a bargain dissipate and it makes you realize just how wrong they are.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis.
