you guys dont know how to play silver, but what would one expect when you live on here all day long as you have little or nothing better to do, makes one wonder how great you have it. I gave you all the buy day back on the 26th june, the exact low for the year, 52 week low infact,it has never fallen below this and rose to over 33% in a matter of weeks. I wish it dropped to $5 an ounce , I would probably buy 4 or 5 tonne, lets hope so but wishfull thinking.
Down to $1297 ZERO yield Silver getting the shit kicked out of it as well, down 40%

Very amusing timmy , I have a fraction of my wealth tied up now and then .The unfortunate reality is, as WA goes deeper and deeper into decline ,as the job loss boom continues, people will not only lose their job but their homes. As the mining boom continued over the years prior to the collapse, many people moved to WA to not only get a job but to also buy and build new homes, to raise there famalies as many came along for the ride, yes others kept there famalies in other states while workin abraod ,but many moved the whole families there, some seem to think this boom would never end, anyway we saw a masssive surge like never before over there, thousands moving over evryweek . But now these jobs are going ,so does the money that came with it, the money to buy homes, to buy blocks and build new homes. But once its gone, well , its gone timmy. We saw what happened in queensland , property now half the price of a few years ago, but guess what ,they had no ming boom like Wa or the collapse that followed, so what happened there may be mild compared to what WA is in for. some people in queensland took out low or no deposit loans and then paid interest only thinking prices can only go up or even double in seven years time hoping there bag of lollies would get bigger and bigger like a greedy kid, lets buy two bags , no lets buy three bags others thought. It all sounded like a good idea at the time, a get rich quick scheme where the tennant can work and pay all my costs. but when the economy sours and jobs are lost left right and center, there is simply nothing or in this case nobody to take up the slack and then its all downhill. I guess the point is timmy, they never had a mining boom like wa or the collapse that followed, so on paper wa could be worse than queensland, they never though re would fall or fail like it did and were only to happy to take out massive loans and quick smart before they were priced out of the market forever. so people up there had there house repossesed by the bank as they had no tenants that could pay the mortgage, you could say the ones that lost their homes early were the lucky ones and did not lose too much, after that more and more homes were on the market so those that held on longer lost more as time went on and prices became half or less. so now some have no property but still owe a shedload to the bank as it was now sold for half what they paid. they were all sold the hype by the vested interests, and I know some vested interests that swallowed the hype themselves and bought in too, and like the others lost out too now owing money for nothing or going bankrupt. So now instead of having a property that doubles in seven years they have a property that has halved in three years, they never thought it would happen and they had no mining boom like wa. just something to think about timmy.
Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
