Borrow a mac
Don't use a wireless mouse. They're crap and pointless imo. Unless you want to sit 5m from your pc? :lol

I use a $10 logitech. Comfy, well engineered and refined, does the job.

Yeah, get a mac if you want to pay 2-3 times for the same thing.

Maybe if you're really rich and you want to impress some gold digging puss with ya mac.

That's how BP got his mail order. He loaded up Linux and said it was a mac.

Frank finally and unintentionally gives it up and admits he got where he is, primarily via dumb luck!

If I ever become rich maybe I'll get one but I don't like the arrogance, the cult like mentality, and the hypocrisy with making so much money off slave driving Chinamen but pretending to be all hipster and progressive.

Do they last longer than PCs? I find PC hardware build quality to be pretty bad.

One of the best ads in history.

Thanks for the suggestiions so far, have tried most of them... Currently in Brisbane using the laptop and the mouse is working fine.

Another suggestion made to me by someone was that my wireless router was possibly interfering with the mouse near the PC but using the Laptop further away means it is not getting the same mixed signal...

Will borrow the old mans wired mouse when I get back to Melbourne and try moving the router further from the PC...

Yep, as I said, everything else is done on the Galaxy lol.

Mac only used for photoshop, and word processing.

Have to say, only ever had one mac die on me. Weird stuff happening with accessing files. Dr Mac spent hours trying to work out what was happening, and eventually took the hard drive apart (after backing it up with about 70% success) to find the hard drive platter was split down the middle.

Macs mobile devices have been left behind, but their computers are stil the best imo

Thanks Moops, I actually looked at that as I have VLC as well.. However I tried this and my version of VLC does not have this..

According to the comments section in the link..

The screenshots are from an old version of VLC. It didn't work for me, just rips first 10 secs & converts to an unplayable .ps file.

I have found a link for Free DVD MP3 Ripper that seems to be working fine.

Downside is it is ripping from VOB file and storing each Mp3 in chunks so it will lose fluidity when I play it in the car..
I can live with that though...

Got put on to this one... Liking very much..

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge. Accusations, attacks, abuse or threats, litigious or otherwise, directed against the forum or forum administrators aren't tolerated and will result in immediate suspension of your account for a number of days depending on the severity of the attack. No spamming or advertising in the main forum. Spamming includes repeating the same message over and over again within a short period of time. Don't post ALL CAPS thread titles. The Advertising and Promotion Subforum may be used to promote your Australian property related business or service. Active members of the forum who contribute regularly to main forum discussions may also include a link to their product or service in their signature block. Members are limited to one actively posting account each. A secondary account may be used solely for the purpose of maintaining a blog as long as that account no longer posts in threads.
