Earthsta's last 13 posts on the forum. He definitely seems to be growing more angry and frustrated, and in an effort to sooth his impotent rage he blurts out random abuse while trying to convince himself that everyone else is 'underwater'. No constructive posts, just random abuse hurled in all directions. Must be painful, watching house prices rise when you had expected a 40% crash from 2009 levels...

It's probably a coping strategy to deal with an environment that is so at odds with his desires and dreams. He needs someone to blame because to admit he himself is wrong would be too painful.

Yes, he has become a parody of himself.

I think what really irritates him is that he can no longer repeat his mindless mantra 'but prices are still falling' and has to resort to 'prices are below their peak'.

As for the '40% crash from 2009' levels, LOL, he was forced to give up on that one years ago. :lol

He should just put this in his sig... 'Your (sic) underwater, prices are below their peak'. Then he won't have to type it out dozens of times every week.

Implode?

I'm sitting on the balcony of The Rainbow Sea eating breakfast laughing at your increasingly shrill and desperate ramblings.

Must be really getting under your skin that you will devote an entire topic at me! I'm flattered :tu:

Earthy, you are simply out of your league.

People who are far smarter and quicker than you have sliced and diced you to shreds.

Accept it and grow if you can.

Otherwise expect to spiral to full blown Mopsism.

You still have a chance to turn your life around before that disease totally wrecks you.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis.
