Earthsta loses the plot, lack of crash getting to him so he lashes out impotently; 'Underwater Mr Underwater... your (sic) underwater Mr Underwater... Fffffffuuuuuuu'

Earthsta's last 13 posts on the forum. He definitely seems to be growing more angry and frustrated, and in an effort to sooth his impotent rage he blurts out random abuse while trying to convince himself that everyone else is 'underwater'. No constructive posts, just random abuse hurled in all directions. Must be painful, watching house prices rise when you had expected a 40% crash from 2009 levels...

Kiss your arse goodbye, Mr Underwater

You've been wrong for the last three years shit for brains. Who's going to believe you now?
- - -
Your houses will still be underwater, black porky.
- - -
You've been saying that for two YEARS now and house prices are STILL below their peak.
What a loser
- - -
Once again, your wrong, Mr Underwater
- - -
Another candidate to have his arse handed to him
- - -
Comprehension never was one of your strong points.
- - -
MORE bullshit from the fantasy kid.
I think you need a dip in your imaginery pool
- - -
sell NOW...... or you'll be chasing prices DOWN forever
- - -
So says Mr Underwater
- - -
and you'll still be underwater.... with black porky
- - -
You're about to have your arse handed to you. Stiff shit
- - -
Yo shit for brains .... Perth house prices are still below their 2010 peak
It's probably a coping strategy to deal with an environment that is so at odds with his desires and dreams. He needs someone to blame because to admit he himself is wrong would be too painful.
ROFLMAO@U I've got more money in the bank than you have equity in your hovels. Kiss your arse goodbye, Mr Underwater
He's full of shit and anger as usual
Ignore posts by The Whole Truth · View Post · End Ignoring The forum fuckwit goes RRRAAARRRGGHHhhh - But not a fuck was given..................by anyone.
I think what really irritates him is that he can no longer repeat his mindless mantra 'but prices are still falling' and has to resort to 'prices are below their peak'.
As for the '40% crash from 2009' levels, LOL, he was forced to give up on that one years ago.
He should just put this in his sig... 'Your (sic) underwater, prices are below their peak'. Then he won't have to type it out dozens of times every week.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
