Given that the majority of bears are now likely to be entering their mid thirties I thought I might share some thoughts on how to handle your change in status.

You see, the local aldi checkout chick smiles at you, not because she thinks your hot (take note mopsy), but rather that she see's you as a father figure.

The local tough guy, who would of punched you out 5 years ago for maintaining eye contact, today gives way to you at queues, and holds the door open for you "Sir".

You see bears, you are no longer the new young thing, ready to start a new fresh life. To the majority sub 30's, you had your shot, if you dont already have your own home, its because you are a stupid loser.

Nature will now impose its ruthless hand on you bears, who 5 years ago said well at least I am young, well not anymore.

You see, the mid thirties are about to hand your collective arse's on a plate to yourself s.

But chin up, I will share some insight on how to handle your ever accelerating physiological degeneracy NOW that you are no longer the new young thing.

Tip Number 2

The mid thirties are a minefield for the start of weight issues.

You can no longer go to Hungry Jacks, wolf down 3 Whoppers and a large coke every day, can you Mopsy ?

Your new best friend keeps reminding you of this fact, Mr Lard Arse appears to be getting bigger by the day.

You need to ensure your caloric intake = calories expended via Basal metabolic rate + calories eaten + calories expended via work or exercise.

And remember the BULK of your calories expended will ALWAYS be via your Basal metabolic rate, no matter how hard you exercise.

Some idea's for reducing your caloric intake are fasting 1 day a week and use those low calorie microwave meals a couple times a week.
