might chose to invest in something productive such as factories,

Not for much longer. Perhaps you wankers might chose to invest in something productive such as factories, rather than gobbling up existing housing stock, and thinking you have a licence to make money
So you'd rather I bought commercial property instead of residential?
Perhaps when you wankers actually work out what you want the rest of us to do, you can do it yourself...
Brother in law once said to me "If you are lucky enough to win lotto, you should be lucky enough to find the winning ticket on the back of a bus seat" He then proceeded to manufacture his own "luck"
Very true Trojan. Your brother sounds like a wise man. I might start catching the bus more often.
There you go earthsta, some of the collection stalk away you sick fuck
Because none of it is anything that is actually yours. All you have done is post an image of "some guys" pool
LOL ..... typical piss weak response from a wanker who talks the talk but can back nothing up with facts.

You were called out and had nothing.
Fraud, fake ..... frank castle
Nah, I had the images up there for several minutes this morning, a few would have seen them, buy, given your history of violence, anger and stalking plus lack of skin in the game I thought better of it.

If that were true, that all I had was depot hill property why would I care? They are currently yielding 24.5% and fully tenanted and always have been I dont really care where they are or what they look like as long as the numbers work. The fact that they have always been fully tenanted at a higher than median price is proof that they are obviously are well maintained and better than most ie- NOT slums
Anyways, hows your early retirement going? Fun day at work is it?
Rage on LOSER
add: I always find it amusing that not once have you denied the fact that you are a violent stalker and a loser Obviously the truth eh.

Even the low life and dregs of society need shelter. Glad you're accomodating, slumlord

On our first holiday of the year actually. Bit wet at Hasting Point at the moment actually, but we've had a lovely time in our holiday home

Rage on LOSER
We've already determined that I've been laughing continuously at you, sweetie. Two "rage" comments in two posts doesn't change that

Deny what? That some yellowback lamer on an insignificant forum in some dark corner of the internet can't prove anything about me? You're the one making the accusations, the onus of proof is on you. Over to you lamer.
He is wise but would it change anything if I pointed out he manufactured his own luck by investing in real estate? btw, its brother-in-law
I thought you were going to tell me he cleaned buses until he struck it rich. I think anyone who invested in real estate 10 or more years ago has done extremely well for themselves. Luck or good judgement or a bit of both.
Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
