Why don't you go and work hard like an immigrant? Don't want to? Rather just sponge off them? Hypocrite much?
I'm not the one still living at home, leeching off his parents and complaining bitterly about house prices.
Moops, you need bite the bullet and admit to yourself that your attitude is one of greed, laziness and lack of personal responsibility. You cast blame everywhere... boomers, Chinese buyers, bulls, investors, etc, but never look inward and recognize that much of the blame rests with your own life choices.
Admit that to yourself and you will on the road to turning your life around.

Nice work.
The right in the US have been unduly successful with this old trick: Lets use notions of personal responsibility to excuse the broader political system from producing outcome grounded in social justice.
Im not agreeing with Moops; I just think you need to be aware that political systems can become warped to benefit elites at the expensive of the majority and responding by telling people to man up and take responsilibity doesnt cut it.
Property acquisition as a topic was almost a national obsession. You couldn't even call it speculation as the buyers all presumed the price of property could only go up. That’s why we use the word obsession. Ordinary people were buying properties for their young children who had not even left school assuming they would not be able to afford property of their own when they left college- Klaus Regling on Ireland. Sound familiar?
The evidence of nearly 40 cycles in house prices for 17 OECD economies since 1970 shows that real house prices typically give up about 70 per cent of their rise in the subsequent fall, and that these falls occur slowly. Morgan Kelly:On the Likely Extent of Falls in Irish House Prices, 2007
... responding by telling people to man up and take responsilibity doesnt cut it.
It does cut it when their argument is based on borderline-racist rants against immigrants and ageist rants against boomers. There are heaps of oppurtunities in Australia for those with some initiative and those willing to keep trying despite the inevitable setbacks.

Let the forum judge. Post a photo of one of your quality hovels....

I've never complained about opportunities. They're good enough, although I think a lot of jobs are overpaid. I've complained about house prices, and what veritas said. The way the right, and yourself, carries on about personal responsibility and a free market, but when it's all about to go tits up because YOU were greedy, you want socialism and you get involved in massive government lobbying so the market doesn't crash, like it should.
It's like bag snatching from an old lady, then telling her it's her fault because she's old and female.
Off the planet demented! Is it any wonder people vote for Labor criminals and a clear failure of a government in Obummer?
Idiot!
I don't live at home, I rent.
At least I'm not living with a fat bitch. Like you are.
And you even drew out the race card, congratulations, an almost certainty that one has lost the argument. FOOL.
stinkbug omosessuale Frank Castle is a liar and a criminal. He will often deliberately take people out of context and use straw man arguments. Frank finally and unintentionally gives it up and admits he got where he is, primarily via dumb luck! See here Property will be 50-70% off by 2016.
Why should we care? You really have a problem with stalking other forum members. Time to give it a rest.
How is that stalking? I'm calling him out. Every time I ask for proof, you raise this insipid stalking allegation. Yet I have no problem posting photos to prove my claims
What the fuck is wrong with you, you lilly livered yellowback.
