all the indices track each other very closely over time.
RPData is the most bearish index, if you're getting angry over me using it how will you feel when ABS or residex shows even stronger gains? the only way to describe it differently is to be wrong.

Checkmate? Check yourself before you wreck yourself timmy. A bumbling Gorilla like you wouldn't have the intellect or the simple dexterity to play a game of chess. Doesn't matter which way your arrange your pawns on the board timmy, negative equity knocked out your Queen long ago.
Now go munch on some twigs and branches from the tree you did swingith

Bulls (pigs)??? Wtf are you doing on a realestate site if you thinks Realestate sux????? Go and run down something or someone that you have something in common with coz realestate is out of your league by the sounds of it to me. We are not greedy but smart get it right. It is more of a comedy site this one i always get a laugh out of the negativaty and brainless comments on here besides from the few smart investors. If it works stick with it and realestate works for me and always will. You should be putting your energy into something a bit more contributing one thinks. Enjoy renting for the rest of your life buddy
"Coz" like its a forum and stuff, and "coz" like people have different opinions and fings yeah? Like I reckon housing "shud" be available to all Austrayyins especially young people and families just trying to put a roof over their heads?
Now, even If I subscribed to your quint essential property infesting lemming mentality, even you must realize that putting your eggs all in one basket and expecting a "market" to "always work for you" is actually the brainless exercise. Speaking of predictions however, mine is that your are a catered for little mummy's boy who lived at home much of his adult life rent free?
What I want is sustainable, non-bubble/ponzi, accessible housing market, where people have homes to live in and profiteering tax cheating scumbags are kept out. Now wouldn't that "sux"!
After a bubble has burst, no one denies that it existed. But before it does, the popular refrain is that though bubbles existed elsewhere in the world, “there’s no bubble here”. So housing bubbles are admitted to have existed in Japan, the USA, Spain and Ireland – because they’ve already burst.
How long? Not long, because what you reap is what you've sown.
The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary. H. L. Mencken

Wrong and wrong dipshit. I have my fingers in quite a few pies not just realestate. Realestate has got me to where i want to be tho. I left mum when I was 16 then rented and worked my arse off ever since to put me in a good position. Many house renos/developments etc kicked me off in my younger years. Im not even 40 yet so have time still on my side to seal the deal. Hopefully 50 will see me sightseeing australia with all the time in the world No intention for kids make this even more achievable

These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
