LOL Earthsta, you have become a parody of yourself. The bulls here have really gotten under your skin and caused you to lose the plot. You used to occasionally post something worthwhile, but now you spend your whole time here just blurting out random abuse and obsessing over whether Frank has a pool and whether I have two years or three years to run on my prediction. It's quite sad really. Do you not realise nobody else cares whether Frank has a pool? Your obsession has become unhealthy. I kind of feel sorry for you actually...
For the record, my prediction in your quoted image above mentions the next five years after 2010, those next years being 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. I further confirm in the same image that 2015 is the end year. The Residex results for 2015 should be available in late January 2016, so that's when we will know whether or not I was right. At this stage, I do at least have the direction right, and with Sydney prices rising another 3.5% YOY so far, prices still appear to be heading in the right direction. So my prediction is looking a lot healthier than your prediction of a 40% crash from 2009 levels, considering prices are currently above 2009 levels, and rising, so you don't even have the direction right.

You shouldn't be so sure no one cares frank has a pool or not. We all know frank is bullshit central followed closely by you. Your predictions are a joke. You are blinded by your own stupidity. So how did you come up with the name skamy

Joke predictions? Where is the 40% crash the bears have been harping on about? You'd think that after a decade of failed predictions, you idiots would learn to shutup and keep the masturbatory rubbish to private gatherings of like minded doomers.
I only visited* Bundy once, and my memory of it clashes with the notion of a family friendly city, so I am curious about how it has changed.
The first scary thing was the number of churches, the second scary thing was the number of drunks, the third scary thing was the number of V8 utes being driven by aforementioned drunks, while drunk.
Sundays were very quiet though.
What has changed?
* When I say visited, I mean I stayed in a massive backpackers hostel and picked tomatoes during the day, and this was in '93.
Bundy is highly thought of by people in Hervey Bay. It has a KMart and sizzlers Seriously though Bundaberg is a great place. The local council have done a fantastic job on redeveloping certain parts of the city. The city centre is a wonderful place to go down and visit. It's a thriving community with good night life, restaurants etc. It shits all over Hervey Bay. This is a great region to bring your children up. Good schools both public and private and no traffic jams. Our council need to take a look at Bundy and learn a little.

And this unhealthy obsession is exactly why he wont get a picture.
He has threatened violence before on this forum, the last thing I want is this mentally unstable person tracking my house down and assaulting me or my wife (He knows what suburb I am in, we only know what city he is in).
Also, the more he obsesses , the more than anger builds and the greater the chance of him losing it and being forced to get the help he so obviously needs, so that's a good thing.
I just feel sorry for his "current" wife, I do hope he can control his anger and violent outbursts around her.

Here's the link to earthsta's 40% crash call, which he wrote 24 December 2009:
So earthsta was predicting a 40% fall from 2009 Q3 at 6-8% pa.
ABS Index 2009 Q3 was 134.8. A 40% fall prediction requires that index to become 80.9.
Three full years after earthsta's prediction the ABS index 2012 Q3 is 143.6. Prices have risen.
