Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narcissistic_personality_disorder

I grew up in Sydney and there's TONNES of people who practise these characteristics. Watch out the rest of Australia. This is what overpopulation does to western cities. So I say that people with NPD are way more than 1% of the population.

Reacting to criticism with anger, shame, or humiliation

Every time someone says property is going down a bull comes along and disputes it, not in a reasonable manner, but in a histrionic, shreaking manner filled with wannabe schadenfraude.

Taking advantage of others to reach their own goals

Well der, this one is obvious, bulls want to extract as much rent as possible (regardless of peoples' ability to pay that rent) or to get people into as much debt as possible, regardless of peoples' ability to pay that huge mortgage.

Exaggerating their own importance, achievements, and talents

This is probably the most apparent flaw of the bulls, most of them bought before the boom, in the late 90s or early 00s, when house price to income ratios were still (except for Sydney) reasonable. Yet they'd have you believe they're some sort of financial magicians, or worked their fingers to the bone like they were living in the depression in the early 1930s, living on bread smeared with lard and working 14 hours a day slinging a pick axe or some shit.

Imagining unrealistic fantasies of success, beauty, power, intelligence, or romance

Well a lot of their "success" if you could call it that, which is really just theft by their mob, has come to fruition, and they do have power, once again because of the mass delusion and the numbers. Obviously they severely overstate their intellect. You'd think that coming up with e=mc2 is the same as buying a house in Sydney in 1997. :re: As for romance, I'm not interested in the love lives of pigs.

Requiring constant attention and positive reinforcement from others

They've bought the media almost wholesale, and they require constant "good" news stories from the media about property.

Becoming jealous easily

Wouldn't you have to be like this in order to drive you to steal so much and corrupt society so badly?

Lacking empathy and disregarding the feelings of others

A few years ago, how often did we see the argument parroted by bulls that because you bought an ipad, ipod, or some iShit, for about $500-$800, that therefore you should be impoverished to the tune of several hundreds of thousands of dollars? Fucken heaps, and I don't have any Apple shit. Because I'm not gay.

Being obsessed with oneself

Blatant self absorbed and neo fuedalist.

Pursuing mainly selfish goals

Bulls know there is zero benefit to high house prices for the greater society.

Trouble keeping healthy relationships

Well, no shit, if you're such an arsehole.

Becoming easily hurt and rejected

Well, much the same as "Requiring constant attention and positive reinforcement from others".

Setting goals that are unrealistic

Bulls want house price to income ratios to be the same as say China. Not necessarily unrealistic in a psuedo fascist, neo fuedalist state like Australia. But certainly unrealistic if we had a proper democracy where the peopes' say was accounted to.

Wanting "the best" of everything

Yes, wanting to and feeling entitled to live like they're a doctor or a dentist without the inconvenience of doing any real work.

Appearing unemotional

They've been pretty good at this so far, but only because the entire system is in overdrive trying(and so far for the most part succeeding) to prop up their financial positions with very low interest rates, excessive immigration, nimbyism, cheap credit, and government handouts and incentives like the First Home Vendor's Grant and Stamp Duty exemptions. These factors are becoming near exhausted and ineffectual, as 2012 saw price drops in most cities regardless of these measures.

In short, bulls are a bunch of fucken nutjobs.

so why do you keep posting negative property articles from news.com.au and SMH????

it's all a trick right, because as you have shown bulls own the media.

Sounds like an average night on the piss to me?

Negative gearing is a form of leveraged speculation in which a speculator borrows money to buy an asset, but the income generated by that asset does not cover the interest on the loan

A negative gearing strategy can only make a profit if the asset rises so much in price that the capital gain is more than the sum of the ongoing losses over the life of the speculation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Negative_gearing

I remember an educational psychologist saying testing revealed 15% of the student population had elements of narcissism 40 years ago. Today the figure has grown to 30%.

Yeah, you.

The whole reward system became fucked up.

Back in the old days, the really old days, say 1965 or before, you probably had to be an engineer or something to get good money.

Now you can just be a gigantic slut or a complete moron like Frank. Or just have rich parents like stinkbug who just get their money from money printing and mass immigration.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
