Signing legal documents at 16? Sounds like bullshit to me. More likely some little old lady took you in as a boarder
So you haven't got anything so you make some shit up as usual.
FYI there is nothing in the act saying what minimum age is to sign a lease, especially in the 80's. If you have something, please show us Bet you don't.
I still call bullshit. No REA agent back in those days would let a pimply little snot nose like you put pen to paper.

I signed legal documents at 16 to buy my first car. All in my name and with my own money.
It's not that unusual.
Pfffttt ... daddy go guarantor, did he?
God, there's some crap that gets espoused on this forum, the majority by wankers like these two.
Totally unbelievable bullshit.

Are you claiming that generations today are sad sick fucks compared to previous generations as in more abductions now than previous?
I still call bullshit. No REA agent back in those days would let a pimply little snot nose like you put pen to paper.
Just because a P.O.S like you was to scared to leave the safety of mummys skirts early and try to sign doesn't mean that a fine upstanding citizen like myself didn't.

One abduction proves nothing. or are you saying the odds of abduction are approximately 1 in 4,569,031 ? If so, thanks for proving my point.
Oh, and thought you might like to know, Wynnum north to CP2 today took 34 minutes (7:50 to 8:24) Traffic seemed particularly heavy today

LOL .... I packed up the car and moved 1300km from home two weeks after my final year 12 exam.
I hope you were nice to the little old lady you boarded with a WHOLE 100km from mummy

I'm not sure WTF that has got to do with anything, but you once claimed it was a 20min drive in peak hour.
LOL .... I packed up the car and moved 1300km from home two weeks after my final year 12 exam.
Right, so I guess you must have lived in a little old ladies basement then because obviously you couldnt have your name on a lease right? Did she love you?

What does it matter, 100 k or a thousand its still away from mummy's skirts.

Peak hour to me is 8-00 to 9-00 I usually travel at 8-30 if going into the city and stick to my 20 minutes
Like I said, today seemed particularly heavy but I usually dont travel at this time. Still did it faster than you claim possible.

What are the pros and cons of investing in larger regional towns?
In the current market, a budget of around $350,000 will buy you an entry level investment grade one bedroom apartment in an inner suburb of most of our capital cities, with a little more required in Melbourne and a fair amount more in Sydney.
For those whose budgets don’t reach this threshold, an investment in a larger regional city is an option. Consider those regional cities that have a larger population and a diverse range of economic activity and avoid one-industry conurbations such as mining or resort towns.
Be aware that due to the compromise in location, you are unlikely to attain the capital growth in a regional city that you can expect from the capital. The aim should therefore be to pay off debt quickly. With the acquired equity, you can then use this first property as a stepping stone into a capital city market.
Good options are Newcastle and Wollongong in New South Wales and Geelong, Ballarat, and Bendigo in Victoria. One must focus on property close to the town’s CBD, often within 1 kilometre of centre.
A word of warning. It is much easier to pick a quality asset in a capital city than in a regional centre. Follow the fundamentals for inner suburban investment and the risk is low. An investment in a regional town is far more problematic.
My name is based on a Seinfeld character, not on a belief of a housing bubble.
Though Mel is not an aggro like Moops, soo easy going & everyone seems to luv him in this form
I do think Mel's a friggin financial procrastinator... Like Moops really. Yeah some shit financial gold decisions noted.
Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$ It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? Understand the power of the two "P"" or be financially challenged Even better when there is family who are property mad and one is born in some entitlements.....Understand that beautiful women are the exhibitionists we crave attention, whilst hot blooded men are the voyeurs ... A stunning woman can command and takes pleasure in being noticed. Seems not too many understand what it means to hold and own props and get threatened by those who do. Banks are considered to be law abiding and & rather boring places yeah not true . A bank balance sheet will show capital is dwarfed by their liabilities this means when a portions of loans is falling its problems for the bank.

Thanks Blondie, but there are more pressing issues right now. Between you and me today has been a total disaster and I now have only two hours to get as drunk as possible to make my pizza taste the way it should on a friday
