Exactly right
Its a simple fact that delusional tard timo cant seem to get into his pea sized brain.

many is the time I have been outbid by several "starry eyed" FHB's with a "Must Have it Now" at any price attitude
Incorrect, ill dumb it down for you so you can understand basic 101 economics.

Property pigs = speculation in property market = prices driven up = honest Australians cannot afford a roof over thier heads = property pigs trying to make money on human suffering = you.
After a bubble has burst, no one denies that it existed. But before it does, the popular refrain is that though bubbles existed elsewhere in the world, “there’s no bubble here”. So housing bubbles are admitted to have existed in Japan, the USA, Spain and Ireland – because they’ve already burst.

You two are lying scum.

Investors never outbid FHBs?

My god how low can you go? Clearly there's no bottom floor for bulls.

Frank Castle is a liar and a criminal. He will often deliberately take people out of context and use straw man arguments.
Frank finally and unintentionally gives it up and admits he got where he is, primarily via dumb luck!
See here
Property will be 50-70% off by 2016.

Your utterly deluded, investors are the MAIN reason property has reached unsustainable levels. Speculation my property infestors equals increase in prices. Prices that are going to kill off productivity and competitiveness of the Australian economy. The practise is hugely parasitic.
Garbage of the first order. No wonder you can't get organised enough to buy a home.

Plenty of honest Australians can afford a home, and many can afford more than one. Just because you personally are lazy doesn't mean many others aren't. Most Aussies will work hard for what they want, but there will always be a few over entitled, lazy slobs like yourself who will bitch and moan because life isn't handing them everything they think they deserve on a platter.

Let me break it down into terms you can understand:

Entitlement mentality + laziness + greed = whiny little bitches named Timo and Moops

I have no emotional attachment to a property
It is purely numbers on a piece of paper and if the numbers don't work I walk away.

A wannabe home owner sees it as being much more valuable and have ALWAYS paid more than I am prepared to pay
This is why I now always look to rundown properties with large land content
Starry eyed "want it now" wannabe's are not inclined to purchase something that requires effort.
Lazy feckers.

And you two are imbecilic retards with the brain of a turnip.

Why the hell would I try to outbid FHBs? I'm trying to buy at cheap prices, not high prices! If someone wants to make a higher big than me then I'm happy to walk away. If you're serious about buying investment properties you can almost always find another.

Clearly there is no bottom IQ for bears.

Sorry stinkbug you and your deluded ideologies have been well and truly squashed. I think calling yourself a stinkbug is unfair, your more like a leech, tick or intestinal worm, parasitic.

First, well done on the insults. The timing and flow need work, but the basics are definitely there.

Second, if my 'deluded ideologies' have been squashed, why have I been able to build a couple of million dollars in property equity, generating triple the average income in rent? Clearly, they have not been squashed, and are not looking to be any time soon.

In fact, using the term 'deluded ideologies' gives a pretty god clue as to who you are: a whinging Gen Y lefty, probably either dropped out of uni (or only finished an Arts degree). Keep working and saving, you will get there eventually!

You just proved me right on every level. Enjoy your greed built on the suffering of others. As a human with a conscious, you FAIL.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge. You agree you won't use this forum to post material that is illegal, private, defamatory, pornographic, excessively abusive or profane, threatening, or invasive of another forum member's privacy. Accusations, attacks, abuse or threats, litigious or otherwise, directed against the forum or forum administrators aren't tolerated and will result in immediate suspension of your account for a number of days depending on the severity of the attack. No spamming or advertising in the main forum. Spamming includes repeating the same message over and over again within a short period of time. Don't post ALL CAPS thread titles. The Advertising and Promotion Subforum may be used to promote your Australian property related business or service. Active members of the forum who contribute regularly to main forum discussions may also include a link to their product or service in their signature block. Members are limited to one actively posting account each. A secondary account may be used solely for the purpose of maintaining a blog as long as that account no longer posts in threads.
