Looking off to the side at the twitter shit we have the bears friend, Neil Jenman saying

Neil Jenman One of many honourable Jenman Approved agents is Arthur Conias from Toowong. In a market where most agents struggle, they're thriving.
Thriving? Hardly sounds like the bad market the bears are touting

Neil Jenman There are many reasons why I love family homes. One is that they're the best investment most people ever make. So why not buy a second one?!

Lets look at your personal situation Mr Castle to have real life look into this You own a property in Rockhampton, you told us the other day that you had 20% down and that the rent covers your interest. In my june 2012 property investor mag the median house price for Rockhampton show 205k . I looked around and found my July 2011 property investor mag. It shows a median house price in Rockhapton of 205k, it also shows that property has gone down 4.8% pa over the last three years. Seeing as your rent barely covers your interest you have been paying money out of your own pocket while your property has continued to go backwards. This is a shocking investment and you know it Dont worry about what some dope says in some article just look at your own situation dopey, you are working nightshifts and going backwards by the day, thats the facts
Property , best investment, what a joke as you know Mr Castle
Face it ted You are making shit up You are a fuckwit And you know it

You can call me all sorts of names and post your cherry picked and altered stats, but it wont change the facts or stop your property prices falling. Real current median house price is 205k as was the same in July 2012 where it shows Rockhampton houses prices had fallen 4.8% PA over the last three years .( sources July 2011 Property investor magazine and current June 2012 issue) YOU HAVE BEEN PAWNED
How so? Where is your evidence that I have altered it in any way? I say you are telling lies again.
