So as you all can see its all over now :bye:

If you believe the bs that house prices have dropped by only 5% or so in the last twelve months in Australia then you well and truly have been conned ;)

Nothing to say bulls, you must be painting up that for sale sign ;)

Hows yours coming along kenny, and what about you Peter :bye:

Ted - do you know about stratified vs non-stratified median price statistics?
For Aussie property bears, "denial", is not just a long river in North Africa.....

oh please, you keeners have been bleating about a 40% drop for the last 2 frigging years and it hasn't happened. do you have a sit and hold strategy or something where you hope if you harp on about it long enough it might happen while refusing to admit you were wrong for years?
enjoy paying all that rent into BP's bank account while you wait for housing to fall to your arbitrary price point

Sorry Ted, I haven't been reading your posts. What did you say?

Some states have already seen the falls that I expected, so they could trend upward soon - where are you interested in. Are you in the NT?

Do you have a backup plan, or will your chess pieces be blown away if prices don't crash?
Protect your King, Ted - it's vunerable.

Its all ready crashed by over 40% in many areas and the rest are now following, IDIOT.... :bye:
you are totally delusional if you think a handful of blue chip area's which have median house prices in the millions of dollars is indicative of the bulk of the housing market.
I guess if you wanted to cherry pick data like that you could convince yourself of anything.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
