I was going to point out the same thing, when I realised that Ted was probably getting about the only value out of a real eastate mag that is available - Bull baiting - so in fact he is being a rational investor by trying to get at least some return for a silly sunk cost.

I recommend kindling and arse wiping as other potential ways of getting value out of them.

Who needs to pay for 150 pages of spruiker trash and property porn when you can get balanced views for free right here on this forum?
The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

This is not true at all. I purchased the most recent mag about three days ago June 2012
I dont buy it every month, after looking at a few things I went to my room where I found four other issues, they were Jan 2012, Dec 2011 , Sept 2011 and July 2011. It was the oldest one I had and close to a year apart from the most recent one I purchased.

You fwits wants to call it cherry picking, just look at the fucking numbers you fucking losers. :pop:

Yeah not since Rudd's First Home Vendor's Boost have they been so high. Keen was right the crash was just kicked down the road.

Frank finally and unintentionally gives it up and admits he got where he is, primarily via dumb luck!

So? What's there to see? Ok they're not as high as the FHVB times but clearly a lot of people wanted to sell in October 11, then got scared off because they didn't get the price they wanted.

There's probably some people that will wait, hoping that Abbott will save them, if he gets in. But by that time there will be very harsh austerity measures in place, the world will be in a depression, and they won't be handing out money to spivs.

A lot of people will be out of work, and will blame immigration. So they won't be able to up the numbers, they'll have to reduce them, also the Stable Population Party will probably get a seat or two and will be like a Xenophon, and will have plenty of power.

I'd sell now while you can get what you can, some bulls might avoid bankruptcy.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge. Accusations, attacks, abuse or threats, litigious or otherwise, directed against the forum or forum administrators aren't tolerated and will result in immediate suspension of your account for a number of days depending on the severity of the attack. No spamming or advertising in the main forum. Spamming includes repeating the same message over and over again within a short period of time. Don't post ALL CAPS thread titles. The Advertising and Promotion Subforum may be used to promote your Australian property related business or service. Active members of the forum who contribute regularly to main forum discussions may also include a link to their product or service in their signature block.
