I would imagine the thing that 'the trolls' probably find most amusing is that Demografix, Dan and Bullion Baron have now placed themselves in a position where they risk legal action by the 'real life' people who they have defamed.
I suspect Dan will wake up to this realisation shortly and delete whole thing. :pop:
As expected, Dan seems to have taken my advice and deleted a large part of Pauk's conspiracy theory. R2M has tried to save face by saying 'I have moved sensitive discussions to another venue (Private Forum)', but I suspect the truth is that Dan Cox realised they were all very likely to end up getting themselves sued, and ordered much of the defamatory accusations be deleted.
Bubblepedia's member list is currently 5 pages long. 2 are full of users with no posts. Another page has users with only 1 post. Another has users with less than 5 posts. So roughly 90% of forum members are silent or very close to it. There are only a handful of regular contributors. Most probably just signed up read the stupid 'members only garbage bin' that contains nothing but Pauk whining about trolls.
The well known troll hunters were some of the first to signup when the new forum went live. Revert2Mean, Pauk, Bobby Fischer and Bullion Baron were all within the first few to signup. Coincidence, or the Bubblepedia troll club getting onboard to whine about rival trolls?

Sounds about the same as here.
Did anyone notice that membership here dropped by some 400 members recently? What was that all about.
The obsession that some of the posters here have with other forums can't be healthy. It is boring though. In the end you can't control what others say/think. Just let it be guys, otherwise some may conclude that you are more interested in disinformation than posting an opinion.
Yep, sounds about the same as any forum actually. Hopefully the criminal 'Bullion Baron' will now realise what a twit he is for writing this on his 'blog'...

Australian Property Forum's member list is currently 27 pages long. 16 are full of users with no posts. Another 4 pages worth with only 1 post. Another 4 have less than 20. So roughly 90% of forum members are silent or very close to it. There are only a handful of regular contributors. Most probably just signed up to get rid of the annoying popup that plagues your screen if you browse to many threads.
The well known property bulls were some of the first to signup when the new forum went live. BearTrap, Shadow, Strindberg and Frank Castle were all within the first few dozen to signup. Coincidence or the GHPC troll club getting onboard to set the new forum in motion?
Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
