Can you post a link to this Nostradamus like 2009 thread please?
It was shut down by bull mods who could not handle the truth anymore in october last year , I started it in april 09 with the titl " Are house prices going to crash in the near future" , it had over 120,000 views and over 4,000 posts at the time , it was on fordforums.com.au . I think you now have to be a paying member to view it as I believe it has been closed but can still be viewed by paying members only . I have since been banned after calling one bull mod a smartarse after he gave me some shit , as usual they can dish it out but could not take it back. The mods avatar is flappist , the bloke was the biggest trouble making troll on the forum and somehow became a mod near the end, I think he may have become a moderator to just get at me cause it was the only come back he could find. He owned property on both the gold coast and sunshine coast and has scoffed at what I has said , he eventually shut it down permamnantly after closing it once or twice before but had p[eople camplain and ask for it to be opened again , guess it was all to much in the end , it did take up a lot of my time and while I was pissed when it first closed I knew it would open again which it did , but this prick shut it down eventually thanks mainly to dickhead bulls hindering my work , but I was actually relieved and have enjoyed the break from it .

If you go to the forum you will see other things that I have posted , you will also see people speak of my thread in other threads.
I remember that thread. The bulls started getting very narky towards the end.

There's a similar thread going on over at whirlpool. Similar posting as well.
I am not sure , but think gossumer may have been a member over there and posted , anybody else out there , come on guys.......

So I was right , you are just a smartarse , a smartarse who thinks he knows something yet clearly knows nothing , you guys make me laugh no end .

Barnsy , I dont know and cant remember your situation , but can you clearly tell me what you dissagree with so we can come back and review it at a later stage and see who was right . So now is the time to tell just so we got it on record , what is it you disagree with exactly .

Trojan , I would not normally waste time with you , but if you doubt me you are a bigger dope than you look . Can you please also tell us exactly what you dont agree with so we can have it clearly on record to look back at a later stage , time to put up or piss off and stop wasting my time.

I'm waiting................................................ :bye:
I don't disagree with the statement interest rates are going to decrease in the medium term. However, I wouldn't consider myself to be a god looking down on the little people who don't understand, just because I made such a prediction.

I am torn whether your pomposity is genuine or a piss take. As mentioned, I'm hoping for the later.

I'm waiting for him to call Warren Buffett a "bigger dope" as well because I'm pretty sure Buffett, doesn't base his investments on dave's posts either. :D

I'm predicting rain in Sydney tomorrow.
Everyone has to call me a god from then on if it does

Edit: Oh wait up, I need to be more vague ...
It will rain on an Australian city sometime within the next 12 months.
When it occurs, you are all dopes for not basing all your investment decisions on my posts.

Edit Edit:
Alex can you delete my post too so in the future, I can refer to a post which no longer exists and blame the jealous opposite party for plotting against me?

I was not referring to my predictions on just interest rates from the thread I mentioned , I was referring to my predictions on EVERYTHING , and these comments I referred to was in relation to EVRYTHING I had said, and was little in reguards to interest rates on the scope of things , but you really have little to no idea so I dont expect much of you or for you to understand , but one thing I guarantee you 100% is that you will before to long.

Trojan just keep going , so we can return later to see who doubted who , who was right and who was wrong , I already know the answers to all those questions so find you a laugh a minute . I have said and mentioned things in my comments and my old thread that will not have been mentioned anywhere previosuly .

If you guys want something else to laugh at and can look back on in time to see who was right have a listen to this one .

This is only something that I have started to have a bit of a think about lately but its common sense when you look further down the road.

Just so you know , in my old thread I had predicted that gold would break 2000 an ounce in 2012 and this was around the beggining of last year, no great prediction I know but thats not the point I will get to , somebody also asked when GOLD WOULD HIT $5,000 AN OUNCE , while I was reluctant to put a prediction on this , I responded with , If someone was to give me a million dollars today and said I had to place it all on one year that gold would reach 5,000 , I would place it on 2014 , now by this and to piss off any time wasting jiberers I mean that it would hit 5,000 sometime during 2014. Now I would never really put a prediction on such a thing but answered it as best I could , the point is that I dont know where it will be in 2014 or even the end of 2012 but I do know it will go up and up and up.

And here is my prediction for you , over the next year or so you will see the price of both gold and silver grow strongly , you will see more and more people lose there jobs and you will see australia in the mist of the biggest gold rush since the good old days , this should start to become obvious in another year or two.
.
You will see people start to rush gold mining towns and they will become bigger than the old days , prices of houses in these mining towns should see strong growth over the short term meaning 2 to 4 years , it to hard to say what will happen after that time at this stage .

So there you have it folks , australia will be in for a gold rush in the next year or so . :bye:

I was going to start a thread on this but could not be bothered , you have it on paper and can gladly call me a dope if for some reason I am wrong.

I'm assuming your gold predictions are in USD.

Can you give us AUD gold predictions for those time periods as well? You don't have to, I'm just curious.

This is why I dont start a thread ,becuase I would have to deal with time wasting losers like barnsy who wishes to ask smart asre questions and waste my time , this folks is why many of you miss out on a lot more of my time , I simply have no time for fuckwits and as you can see they spoil it all for evrybody else , que frank castle.

You can doubt me all you like , put it on paper so I know who needs to be reminded about things a lttle bit further down the track , the list is small , but there is room for more , feel free to join the club .

And what do you think about my gold predictions ,just so we have that on paper, noticed you could jibber shit , but not comment on anything usefull, useless.

I don't understand gold. I fully admit it. Zero yield, limited commercial use and kind of heavy and awkward to store. If it was up to me it would be, say, USD$500 an ounce. The only gold I'm likely to ever buy is in jewelry and as I already have the ring on my finger, probably only new stuff my wife would like.

I can make no gold predictions as the market for it is, in my view, irrational.

I think yours will be wrong though unless they are inadvertently right because the USD completely dies. I don't believe that will occur though as the US will soon recover (and almost certainly won't fall significantly further).

Silence on rising rates for business loans

Gareth Hutchens
February 29, 2012

THREE weeks ago when standard variable mortgage rates were raised out of cycle, there was an outpouring of criticism and bank bashing.

But earlier this week, when National Australia Bank lifted its ''liquidity margin'' on business loans by 18 basis points to 1.13 per cent, there was silence.

While the federal Labor Party's in-fighting may have been a distraction, it's yet another example of how mortgage rates grab the headlines, while businesses get clobbered with very little reaction.

Gees where do I start , firstly you are absolutely delerious about the US economy , JUST SO YOU KNOW IT IS FUCKED BEHOND ALL RECOGNITION , it is not improving , it is going backwards at a rapid rate , the only thing holding it up is the printing press out the back room , yes thats right printing the equivalent of monopoly money , EXACTLY THE SAME AND THEN PRETENDING IT IS REAL , WHEN IT IS NOT. let me ask you this barnsy, what do you think is real worth in your hand , a kilo of gold or a fistfull of paper . You are correct that in general it is pretty useless and that I would agree with , but gold is REAL WEALTH .

Evrything we have ,comes from the ground , even solar power if you think about it further. gold is one of the most valuble purer sources from the ground iit is scarce and therefore more valuable , just like if silver was the more scarce metal it would be worth more.

There are rarer metals than gold and are more expensive , palladium is usually more expensive than gold but may be lagging right now, platinum is also considered the rich mans gold and it is usually more expensive but may be lacking right now. rodium is by far more expensive , you can have a look into these further .

To make you all undrstand what has happened with the economy evrywhere you need to do this . Imagaine what would happen if the australian goverment started up the printing press and began printing 24/7 . they then gave every man and woman over 18 years old one million in cash each . now while this is an exageration of what has happened ,it is pretty much what has happened since 1970.

So what would happen if this where to happen and evryone got their million , you will first see housing go through the roof ,you then see that it collapse after the spending spree has been spent and there is no real money left. this will show you what is actually happening right now, left right and cente.

my kid has just got home from work so I will have to leave it for another time ,all the best dave.
