Don't worry... regardless of what happens I will find some way to spin it into a correct call in order to maintain my 80-90% success rate, and in the process hours of fun will be had debating the meaning of words like 'by', 'around', 'boom' and 'kick off'.
Did someone squirt truth serum into your Weetbix this morning...?

:lol :lol :lol

My own prediction (which I have been predicting since 2007) was simply for the Sydney construction boom to kick off around 2011.

Give him a day, I'm sure he will be able to invent one for you.

Negative gearing is a form of leveraged speculation in which a speculator borrows money to buy an asset, but the income generated by that asset does not cover the interest on the loan

A negative gearing strategy can only make a profit if the asset rises so much in price that the capital gain is more than the sum of the ongoing losses over the life of the speculation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Negative_gearing

1. Epic Fail! Steve Keen's Bad Calls and Predictions.
2. Residential property loans regulated by NCCP Act. Banks can't margin call unless borrower defaults.
3. Housing is second highest taxed sector of Australian Economy. Renters subsidised by highly taxed homeowners.
4. Ongoing improvement in housing affordability. Australian household formation faster than population growth since 1960s.

Yes, unfortunately GHPC died shortly after Mr Sprockit's Reign of Terror when all the bulls were banned and then the bears had nobody to fight with so they all left too.

Another case of bears shooting themselves in the foot and destroying their own forum... same thing happened at Credit Crunch and Bubblepedia.

After GHPC in 2007 the next earliest mention of the construction boom beginning around 2011 would be on Somersoft in 2008...

Catweasel say internet sandpit come in a various the guise.

This the one base on a mouse house price and connect to dream of mouse all across a Australia.

So it provide the fascination for a Catweasel for its portrayal of modern mouse in a 2013 and its various groupings of animal groups and the mouzealots.

But any the way.

Mouzealot's vision cannot be a denied, whether it the fact or the fantasy.

How the ever, Catweasel say very the little reference in mouzealot story to how its predictions create in way of modelling.

And very the likely not exist at a all.

It simply narrative gleaned from echo of voices from prophets and gurus and experts.

And possibly at $99.99 the seminar.

Which not make it a true or a prophetic.

But simply serve as titillate for mouzealot.

Catweasel say it the be in a Osaka in a Japan. And now the Catweasels be in a Ho Chi Minh the city.

Catweasel think a titillate is a gained for itself and cannot be the association with belief that it have magical power to see a future.

But mouse the force feed such a future vision on decreasingly daily basis in a media like a SM the H.

Particularly for mouse house, glory day of prediction guru in media was a pre the GFC.

Of the course, mouzealot will point to amazing the mouse house price increase after a GF the C.

Catweasel the amaze too.

But more the amaze of a NZ in a 2012-2013.

But concern the be is that mouse's faith in the master, experts, gurus and narratives require also its total the obedient.
