Guns are illegal.

Correction: Certain guns are illegal.

Besides, I don't need a massive doomsday prep stash. I just need to be able to take yours.

About 250 rounds.
Well that's about 20 seconds worth of ammunition with an automatic weapon.
Take risks - if you win you will become wealthy, if you lose you will become wise

What you need if the world goes to shit is ALLIES.
That would be quite a sight, watching you and your old mum wandering around the bush with a couple of well worn blow up sex dolls.

Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be :?: rising.

Intelligence is going to be in far higher demand, once you've been plundered a few times you won't have anything to offer, but my genius will continue to provide for my allies.
You think doing tricks with glove puppets will provide you a living lol.

With the depopulation of rural and regional Australia the country is full of village idiots.

Your skills are worthless and even a hoard of gold won't help you

WHAT WOULD EDDIE DO? MAAAATE!

Iran has gone ballistic, North Korea has gone nuclear.

The USA is being driven by an egomaniac.

With no idea if, when or where the missiles will hit, is there anything which is 100% nutter proof?

Bitcoin? OK unless there is a cyber attack or a breakdown of the net caused by an EMP or aforementioned nuclear missile attack. Electronic currency needs electricty (they really didn't think that one through did they).

Houses? OK if your house isn’t hit by one of the chosen ones missiles.

Gold? If you manage to avoid the bombs and find yourself in the middle of the bush with nothing to eat, you can’t eat gold. (But, you never bought gold to eat anyway and if you did buy gold, you probably have a few other tricks up your sleeve).

Baked Beans? Good choice. You can eat baked beans whilst everyone around you starves to death. 500 grams of baked beans weighs around 600 grams when you include the tin and the label and will keep you alive for a day a can. You can live for a month by carrying 19kgs of baked beans around on your back.

My own strategy? A weeks worth of baked beans to feed on while the world goes through a week long shitstorm. A lump of very rare metal to barter with when the world gets back on its feet after a year or two.

Anyone else got an end of the world strategy they'd like to share?
Baked beans?
:lol

With all the farting, there better be toilet facilities in the bunker .......

Better to get besides boring ammunition, whips, chains, drugs, alcohol and porn to make the end pleasant.
Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$
It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? Understand the power of the two "P"" or be financially challenged
Even better when there is family who are property mad and one is born in some entitlements.....Understand that beautiful women are the exhibitionists we crave attention, whilst hot blooded men are the voyeurs ... A stunning woman can command and takes pleasure in being noticed. Seems not too many understand what it means to hold and own props and get threatened by those who do.
Banks are considered to be law abiding and & rather boring places yeah not true . A bank balance sheet will show capital is dwarfed by their liabilities this means when a portions of loans is falling its problems for the bank.

Own large parcels of land, know it well, and know how to defend it (spring traps, converging lines of fire, poisoned provisions disguised as caches etc).

War games scenarios covering full scale retaliatory nuclear war leading to nuclear winter show Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand will fair well losing about 2/3 or their populations.

This is because of their grasslands and large populations of herbivores, whereas Europe, North America etc are predominantly feedlot systems using high value grains which will be immediately wiped out and take a long time, if ever to replace.

Grasslands will act as a store, and even under nuclear winter conditions, in the southern hemisphere will still produce feed over at least 4 months of the year.

The best things to store are water and hydropnic chemicals, which in their raw form (don't buy expensive preparations) will feed a family of 6 an entire decade from the space of a 200 litre drum and about $800 cost.

For example, a decades supply of boron can be bought from Coles or Woolworths for less than $30 (even with their criminal markups).

Preservatives again, cannot be overstressed- especially high energy ones such as sugar, honey, molasses etc, but ascorbic acid, vinegar, and the nitrates/ nitrites, all cheap at the moment will be high value commodities in the future.

Just like salt has always been, through 99.99% of human history.

Did I mention, large populations of kangaroos, and wallaby are excellent protein (and other product) that will survive even better than cattle , sheep and goat.
