‘Sensual massage with oral once a week’: Seedy sex-for-rent ads highlight affordability crisis

FOR Aussies across the country struggling with skyrocketing rents, these landlords have an offer — but it’s not pretty.

AUSTRALIAN landlords are taking advantage of skyrocketing rents to prey on students, low-income earners and even homeless people by offering “sex for rent” arrangements on popular classifieds sites.
One man offering a room in South Brisbane “for the right female” describes himself as “honest and respectful and just looking for a lady to share my house [with] free rent in return for company”.
“I’m a normal guy just don’t have time for relationships/dating so thought this might work for someone needing to get out of bad place or back on your feet etc.?” the ad says.
“Free spare room in Dandenong,” another ad reads. “Rent is free and so is the sex and only for women no men.” In Coffs Harbour, a “house boy” offers sex in exchange for a free room. “House boy ... looking for a room for to rent for sex, will do anything you say,” he writes.
In trendy Newtown in Sydney’s inner-west, another ad offers a free room in exchange for “regular three times a week sex”. “All bills, included, in addition to broadband internet usage (as long as you don’t take crazy long showers and keep the heater on all night),” the ad says.
“Only interest in girls of Caucasian, Middle Eastern, European or Latina descent.”

The tenant would be much better off turning one trick a week than constantly waking up with some fat smelly guy wearing a wife beater on top of him.

Whatever these arrangements might be about, they've got sweet FA to do with landlord/tenant agreements.

Most likely by and large some stupid tenant effectively subletting for nooky I reckons - Like hey, let's face it, if you're a genuine owner occupier you'd have ta have serious rocks in ya head ta get into such arrangement.

Hmmm, she's most likely on welfare (with lots of welfare clued up mates) who are gunna tell her to go straight down the cop shop 'n whack you wif a domestic violence order (totally irrespective of whether you biffed her or not) - Then you'll be out on your ear with her having the run of your house - Until you can prove you didn't biff her; Which you can't.

'N f*** me, just don't even try to begin to contemplate the consequences of actually getting her preggers - That'd REALLY hurt.

'Spose there's a few dumb f*** old desperate homeowners that'd maybe do it? But by and large they'd just just be tenants subletting for nooky is my punt; With that arrangement genuinely keeping her dependent on him.

But anyways, definitely NOT landlords (in any true sense of that word) by and large; For mine ...

Sheesh, it simply doesn't make sense.

Tho it is a handy bit of shit ta sprout if you're a MSM journo wot reckons your readers are even dumber than you and will respond by clicking on your bait that rabbits on about 'dirty old evil landlords' preying on nice young innocent girls and/or boys - FOR DIRTY EVIL NOOKY!

F*** there's some dummies in this nation - LOL

Sounds like normal to me.

Most women i know do exactly what this guy has put in writing.

As the wise man says, there is nothing called a free lunch....

It all comes with a cost.

You scratch my back and i scratch yours.

What is a poor young girl going to do instead.

Work in a brothel???

If she is happy getting free rent and he is happy getting a blowjob what is the problem???

You see you must always as, what is the alternative, not what is the ideal alternative...

God gave us all the tools we need to survive.

Blondie Girl could we please have your wisdom on this subject please???
