Wrong again Simon, I haven't implied anything.

But you said on page 1

I'm asking you what demand you are concerned about, but you can't answer the question.
I would suggest that in future you stop saying things that you don't have the knowledge or capacity to expand on.
You not noticed Trollie continually harping on about iron ore price because it is somehow (which he has never explained) great for house prices.

That sort of demand.

Yes it was, but you are still avoiding the question. Can you not tell us where you expect the demand to be and why you expect that to lead to a bust, as you seem to believe.
Surely this is NOT a difficult question for you.

No, the article says some have invested in infrastructure. I didn't see and hard data, do you have some.
Can you explain to me how these SEO's will take the infrastructure back to China should they decide to pull out.

I'm asking you how much they have invested, and if they decided to sell how would they take it back to China, or do you think they will stick with their original plan of having a share in the business's that sell them iron ore, coking coal, beef, dairy foods etc, or do you think the 1.4 Billion Chinese will stop eating and building stuff.

Just give us an answer in your own words in your own time. No cut and paste please, that just makes you look like a schoolboy.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge.
