If your so rich maybe you should make a donation to the salvation army like i did last month to help pay peoples winter energy bills instead of sitting in your pretty little mansion drinking over priced bottles of wine!

well ahead of you son. i regularly donate to charity, and still have plenty left over for my lovely wines.
That's it exactly. The mantra is, those that got there first made all the money. You can see it in Perth. Roll around the sad, little cafe block in Applecross at 2pm on a Wednesday and its full of fat blondes sipping lattes wondering what to do with the rest of their day. None of them work. They got in when the prices were $150,000 and now they're $1.5M. Swine is an idiot. Does he really think the same model is gong to work now for Ali Hassan who arrived here last year? He's going to buy 5 properties on a mortgage for $600,000 apiece and make himself a fat profit in 5 years? Not gonna happen. The ponzi has been exhausted.
Yes, It is the classic scam.
Look at all the money i have made.
Just do what i did and you will be rich.
Infact i will sell you what i have at top dollar, you just go get a loan from the bank, pay me all the money, then pay it off over the next 99 years...
Then when the wheels fall off, i will dust myself off, and buy it back from the liquidator at 60 cents in the dollar or less.

It's amazing how quickly you started posted English when you thought your trust was at threat. You are a fraud.
You are a massive fraud.
In total agreement.
Anyone who types 9,026 posts over 5 long years in strine - yes, you read that right, TYPING IN STRINE...let that sink in for a moment - deserves no attention from anybody as they are either a time wasting sock or severely deranged (both in my opinion)
He is the only poster i skim straight past because i've got better things to do than trine' ta i'terpret 'erry lil word wot comes outta' th geezers noggin'

My interpretation of Herb is he is a retired man who likes to post on here every now and then but because he's retired and financially secure, literally doesn't give a sh*t about half the stuff said on here.
Which is why he types in strine because he doesn't really care, he doesn't care what you think about him, he doesn't care whether you read what he says, just like all of us he likes to put in his two cents and he has a bit of fun doing so.
That being said, when it's a topic he actually cares about participating in, he types in proper English and his written English is actually better than 95% of the people on this forum. Which coincidentally, it's the bears that take up the vast majority of poor written English. I'm not talking from a grammar Nazi perspective either, my written English isn't perfect but those that are more well written on this site will know what I mean regarding the quality of English of most the bears posts.
Considering all that, I think Herb is one of the most valuable posters on here. He is rational, less biased than most of us and has more quality posts than most the guys on here. Also if you were well read, you'd find it very easy to interpret what he says, especially because his strine sentences are constructed so that they are easy to read. And when I say well read, I don't mean you've read one type of book your entire life, or you've read the newspaper, I mean well read including a variety of different types of books where even though they are written in English, it can take a little bit to adjust to the different use of English depending on the country of origin and the era it was written.
So your inability to understand what Herb says, speaks more so about your own intelligence rather than his.
Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
