I do hope some females get encouraged by their family by their own hopefully successful eg and experience in property guide them.... also the dynamics is changing in that some *some females may be more the breadwinner than males.

There are quite a lot of professional women who earn more than their male partners.

When I first started in lending it was virtually impossible for a woman to get a home loan in her name only unless she was obviously well past child bearing age.
Thankfully that's no longer the case, but some of the compliance changes made recently kind of hint that those days might return but to a lesser degree.

Take risks - if you win you will become wealthy, if you lose you will become wise

Dear All, Thought the image and the data might be genuine, this is a misleading information presented now. As the text says, This is based on data collected between 2003 till 2009. So, why is this being circling the internet now? Moreover, as many of you in this forum might know, the real property price surge, foreign capital inflow, population growth, etc. has been exponential in recent times (past 5-7 years). So, please consider these factors before taking any decision.

Compliance changes?
care to elaborate?????

I aim to financially guide all my kids when they get older, if my Daughter does decide to follow a little of what I initially did in my younger yrs but not turn total princess.

The difference to her is fashion has become more diverse in physical appearances and social media can be toxic. She can be very sensitive to constructive negative feedback by people she is close and those she does not, but she can be engaging and articulate well when she has focus.

My twin boys? one is a follower more easy going and one is leader bossy and thinks he is always right...I will have to put him in his place when he is older.. they are only 11.
:)
Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$
It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? Understand the power of the two "P"" or be financially challenged
Even better when there is family who are property mad and one is born in some entitlements.....Understand that beautiful women are the exhibitionists we crave attention, whilst hot blooded men are the voyeurs ... A stunning woman can command and takes pleasure in being noticed. Seems not too many understand what it means to hold and own props and get threatened by those who do.
Banks are considered to be law abiding and & rather boring places yeah not true . A bank balance sheet will show capital is dwarfed by their liabilities this means when a portions of loans is falling its problems for the bank.

Typically real estate owners are those who are employed full time and earn a substantial income. The probability of becoming an owner tends to increase with age and status. Individuals mostly prefer making an investment in property. Most residential investors choose rural and regional areas to invest. Since Australian property costs are on the rise day by day. But from my observation, I think we should begin putting resources into different things likewise like share funds, marketing, lending investments etc. One of my young cousin additionally began contributing however, not on property he began putting resources into shares. His dad urges him to do as such and they both are contributing now gainfully from funds management. Presently I am likewise switching to that investment plan.
