Just as predicted boomers cash out, lock FHB out of their last bastion and the best part is the government will hand them another tax funded subsidy so they can throw up $300k into super.

They will go down in history as the most despicable generation ever

Chris, you are a sook and a cry baby.

To repeat, buy a starter home in the boon docks.

Your lack of balls is holding you back.

Take these for a week https://carusosnaturalhealth.com.au/product/149/male-mojo , then get semi drunk and visit a display village in the nearest boon docks and sign up for a starter home.

Just do it ya little cry baby. :tu:

No better advice will ever be given to you !

Not to bad provided you bought in the right suburbs where boomers moved to retire.
Not so good for 1st home buyers in new suburbs but at least they were able to use the period of record low interest rates to pay off part of the mortagage. ( if they could stay away from smashed avocados that is ) The smart ones would be mortgage free by the time interest rates start to go up and the not so smart ones still on the 8 years + HomeWest waiting list. :lol

s there at scenario whatsoever where you don't hate Boomers?

Even your own parents, how do you look them in the eye at family dinners when they themselves are part of this selfish scum generation that you despise to much?
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.

I'm beginning to believe the feeling is mutual between him and his parents.

His parents dislike him for being a worthless, whining POS that can't accomplish anything in life and have refused to help him until he shows any kind of work ethic and loses the self entitlement attitude.

Meanwhile he thinks despite his privileged upbringing, his parents and their generation have prevented him getting ahead in life and despite so many of his age doing much better than he is. He thinks it certainly has nothing to do with him not wanting to do a days hard work.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis.
