Says the bloke speaking up in support of the idea that Australian House prices can be compared with those of Hong Kong.
Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be rising.
So their commute has been speeded up then with new infrastructure.
The net commute remains longer. You are cheering your horse first past the post the first time in the Melbourne Cup only to see it tail off last.

Phew, luckily that as " we continue to automate and improve communications, the need to commute to a central location will be reduced.
We have a lot of land here. We live on a tiny fraction of it."
Hopefully Muppets like you won't have to keep travelling into the centre from your little ticky tacky out at Methbro.
The waste of humanity such arduous committees presents turns people so psychotically deranged they think they are living in frantically placed and infrastructural overwhelmed Hong Kong!
Whats wrong golly? You have gone all bitter and twisted since many of us shattered your illusion of protection from identity fraud.
How long did it take to commute from Joondalup into the city 50 years ago?
How long from Mandurah 50 years ago?
How long from Warnbro 50 years ago?
Twaaaaaaaaaat.

We are talking about property investors being ripped off here.
You know, fukwitz that can't read legislation or contracts who get legal advice from idiots on the web.
Of course they didn't get their homes back. Everyone is ripping them off.

Given the average residents of Joondalup, Mandurah orthat shitstain you call home Warnbro were not commuting to the city from these outposts makes that irrelevant Dimshit.
However most of these residents have been commuting this well worn path for the past decade.
And over the past decade their commute has gotten slower.
That isn't an opinion Dimshit. It is a published fact. The facts fly in the fase of your false claims. Grow up and admit it.

On the contrary Matey, it perfectly illustrates the fact behind the statement I made which you have been bashing your head against the wall trying to disprove.
Remember, I said this..

And every year, we open up more and more of it by building better roads, speeding up commutes.

Why were they not commuting Matey? Was it because the time it took to commute made it impractical? No direct road links? Why were these areas only suitable for market gardeners, retirees and weekend retreats? Why are they commuting now Matey? Maybe something to do with new roads, speeding up commutes and opening up new areas for development?
You are citing a ten year period of unprecedented development and population growth in newly opened up areas to argue that new areas are not opened up by road infrastructure speeding up commutes from these once practically uninhabited areas???????

The what exactly makes the roads "better" Dimshit? And if they are indeed "better" why does it take longer to get from Rockingham or Joondalup to Perth than it did a decade ago?

They are better because they exist where no road existed before making it possible to commute from areas where before, commuting was not practical because it took too long.
A handful of minutes slower over a ten year period of unprecedented development and population growth is nothing compared to the hours or days removed from the journey by creating these roads in the first place.
You are the only person on the planet who would argue that creating new roads makes travel between two points take longer than it did before.
You really are a plonker Matey.

That makes them newer, not better.

Is that true?
Or does it take longer only when all the little drones attempt to "rush" the city?
Is it not faster to travel into the city 90% of the time?
