nice joke. But, sad, in 6 months time they will leave it for the banks to mow.Only reason RE haven't crashed in Perth is the realisation of the 'Lord" that they will be indebted to the bank the same amount whether they keep the house or not. catch 22
I've been patient with him, but no more. He oscillates between poisonous and nasty and I'm not attracted to either.
Remembers an ole Christian dude I knew once many yrs back - He reckoned that while his Bible told him ta turn tha other cheek, it didn't tell him ta do it more than once ...

The State's army of petit bourgeois landlords suffering from falling rents and high vacancy rates.
Longstanding WA bears have been proved right. The smart decision since at least 2013 has been to watch prices fall.
When will the bulls admit the WA bears were right?
As for bulls eating humble pie, i dont think the bulls were telling people to buy in WA were they, i certainly wasnt. And the bears predicted the collapse of the perth market AFTER the mining boom had well and truly ended. Gee there is some skillz there lads !!!
Bears wont buy in sydney because its too dear Bears wont buy in melbourne because same Bears wont buy on the gold coast because there are criminals Bears wont buy in rural areas because thats beneath them Bears wont buy in perth because its a buyers market <------- take note
Long story short, Bears simply wont buy a house, or a unit or a land for any price, because they would rather pay rent to somebody like me for an entire lifetime because they are about 5 cans short of a six pack.
You guys have been predicting the same thing since forever, and you will almost certainly be right every 10 years or so on one area that has a downturn, which is a COMPLETELY NORMAL REAL ESTATE CYCLE YOU PACK OF DUMB ARSES !!!
You should, you'd be surprised at how accountable 'idiots' like me can make you be. I am not threatening you Roofy I'm just telling you the reality, some people have more money than sense, they may even buy a property in Perth right now. They will screen shot your clear advice and send you a tort if and when prices fall further because you are a registered professional giving solid financial advice.
But who am I to say either way, I'm no threat, I'm just a poor renter pleb.

Tell us all about your New Purchase...
Actually just bought some land at hervey bay, but unfortunately for you i paid with cash. 1/2 acre lot.
I'll be building some giant monstrosity on it, but i havn't decided yet exactly what.
I have said this over and over, but interest and other costs are passed onto the tenant, i think if you bears could grasp this concept you would take leaps and bounds ahead in life, but you are too fixated on the debt itself, rather than the debt servicing (which somebody else does for me - i.e. you)
Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
