If it weren't for all the government spending going on, Perth would be on its arse.
Just wanted everyone to know that it has been a good journey but I'm going surfing, I can't live anymore as the the fear of having a kangaroo fling a snake at me as become to much for me to bear.

A high chance of that happening if you are heading to a beach with a seal colony I believe. Be careful :D
There are some people who seem angry and continuously look for conflict.
Walk away, the battle they are fighting isn't with you, it's with themselves.

The first lesson of economics is scarcity: There is not enough of anything to satisfy all who want it.
The first lesson of politics is to disregard the first lesson of economics. ~ Thomas Sowell.

Do you want to have a quick scroll through and find the part where I said an entire colony.

I saw 1 seal and he came right up to us. Amazingly I'm still alive.

Roddy want's us to believe seals don't live in colony's. This one seal came out specially just to say hello to him.

According to legend, roddy lassoed the seal and it towed him out to sea where he got into a bare knuckle boxing match with a great white shark. The seal was taking bets and lost his shirt when roddy knocked the shark clean out.
Roddy then jumped on top the seal and rode it all the way back to shore where all manner of wild animals cheered his return.

All this is true because mystic jim says a mate of a mate also seen a seal once, so roddy must be telling the truth.

I think the theory is that if you swim near a seal colony, a hunting great white could confuse you for a lone seal and have you for brekky.

So the best way to avoid confusing a great a white is to swim right next to a seal. This gives the shark a direct comparison between spindly boney human and chunky calorie laden seal.

In a recent survey, 8 out of 10 sharks who expressed a preference, opted for seal over human as their choice of lunchtime snack.

Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be :?: rising.

So far current research suggests that talk of surfing and a seal approaching creates gelousey in 3 out of 8 people.

When talk that someone has taken on huge debt to speculate on property- has caused no gelousey in those involved in the study.

You could try swimming in a kangaroo suit, but that may increase the chances of drowning.

Whenever you have an argument with someone, there comes a moment where you must ask yourself, whatever your political persuasion, 'am I the Nazi?'

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
