Listings for sale are down since I made that comment. Sales activity is up. Less listings, more sales and prices appear to have stopped falling. Bottom is in. Sorry Dimshit but yet again you missed it.
Sales listings are down by a couple of hundred Matey. Rental listings are up by more than that. Combined listings are greater than they were a year ago. Perth is more oversupplied than it was a year ago when you said it was heavily oversupplied.
Prices are down by 5%.
You are a di<khead.

Given that the average house purchased is not the same as the average house rented that statement is absolutely irrelevant.
Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be rising.
Because idiot the average house purchased is not the same as the average house rented. You are comparing a cat with a dog and you know it.
What are we up to Dimshit? 35 months renting waiting for a crash. No crash.
You are patient. But the big question is how patient is your wife? Waiting for your crash so there are no more rent inspections. Waiting for the pound to hit $2.15 as you promised her. She can do better. For all you know she is trying out new suitors as we speak.
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.

I am showing that the average person who has rented for the last three years instead of buying, has saved money.
You think you are. But as you are unable to define any of the average person, average rent or average house price let alone line all three up all you are really showing is that you know nothing whatsoever of what you are trying to show.

I already showed him it was $50 a week cheaper to buy than rent the median in warnbro.

I have produced numbers, you have waffled.
Produce some numbers Matey.

No Dimshit, I provided the fall in prices relative to rent. it shows clearly that dumb shits like you who have rented waiting for a crash over the past two and a half plus years have rented away your wealth into the pockets of your landlord.
You in typical dimshit fashion went off on a typical dimshit tangent trying to talk about average people average rents and average house prices without defining any of them. You made a tenuous link between median rents and hypothetical repayments which was irrelevant to the point that I made specifically that the fall in house prices has been less than aggregate rent paid.
Then having ignored that clear and factually correct original point I made which stands you claimed I never made that point in the first place.
This is your Johnny Walker Black (which you later substituted for Johnny Walker Red hoping nobody would notice your fuk up) take 2.
Yeah but you make them up jimbo that's the problem
Numbers are a moving feast for Dim. Like his $120k gain from his "not a hobby" spreadsheet that has increased by necessity with every weeks rent despite him saying he had sold the lot.
I have never come across anyone like him.
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.
